They claimed to have my full order in stock and I had a unit down so I placed my order and paid $117 for next day air shipping. My order arrived 6 days later with a shipping label that said *** GROUND and was only half there. They did refund the money for the missing part but told me "shipping is a fixed cost" and it wasn't their problem despite changing me for air and sending it standard ground. On top of that they're customer service takes forever to respond to anything. What ever you do don't do business with these peopleBuyParts.Online

If it was late but the label said air, or expedited or express I would agree it wasn't your fault and we wouldn't be here. The issue is the shipping label says *** GROUND. I paid you for AIR, the shipping label should said AIR it dose not it says GROUND that's not what I paid for.Review fromR. W.

My husband ordered parts from them and never received them.. when contacted they were very rude and don't intend to refund the amount paid for the order... highly recommend you stay away from buy parts online..BuyParts.Online

Yeah and it won't open and when you try the link and when it did open it was still in the same place in ***************.. was supposed to be delivered April 7th we still haven't received it.. and they won't do a refund who ever corresponded with me was very rude also.BuyParts.Online

I did they said when they scanned the label it was a fraudulent label so they are writing me a letter to take to my financial institution to get my money back... because your company won't do a refund...BuyParts.Online

That is an absolute lie. You can clearly see that it's in transit with ****. There isn't such thing as a "fraudulent label". You made that up. No one can manipulate a shipping company's tracking software and pretend it's in transit. The part is in transit. Refer to the tracking number provided to you multiple times now.

Ordered were charged on my card on 1/3/25. Expected delivery on 1/16/25. After 2 weeks late I requested cancellation on 1/31/25. Your support team said will provide cancellation document and still not provided. Another 3 weeks later Until 2/21/25 item arrived. Of course I refused the ordered to be returned to sender. Item is now back in your company processed. Now you not willing to refund and steal my money? There is nothing attached and no order information. No idea who this is or what order it is in reference to. Return to sender is also against our policy as they're not consistent or reliable and our insurance doesn't cover them. We have a return policy and procedure listed all over our site. First off, zero communication. That alone you shouldnt deal with this company. Second I needed to return a part. Which did happen only through email. I paid for my own shipping label back, was given a runaround about when Id get my refund. They received it. Confirmed by ***. Weeks later nothing. Reported it to ******, they give me a quick response back after that fact, they finally got it and its an empty boxand they are talking to lawyers for fraud. I dont know how this place stays in business but the reviews all over the place speak for themselves. Do more research when ordering from online companies. Hopefully ****** can resolve this so I dont have to take it further. Advise everyone who finds these reviews to stay away, left on Trustpilot as well.BuyParts.Online

This has to be the worst place to buy parts from. It's been a S***show from our first order. The parts we was missing from our previous order arrived and box was totally damaged. We asked to return one part and get a refund on a part that we never got. They approved the return. My finance shipped the part back and emailed them the tracking number. Once it was delivered, she emailed them and informed them it was delivered. They said they need 48 hours to process the returned item. We gave them almost a week to process the returned item. They said we never emailed the tracking information and which she did. She emailed them again and now they trying to find the part. We know it was delivered. She geotracked it and it was scanned and delivered to they building. No more contact since then. Noone answers the phone. They know you are calling. It will ring and get a recording. If you call again, it goes straight to voicemail. They don't return calls if you leave a voicemail. They don't respond to live chats. Now we are waiting to hear back about our refund and it been completed silence. I will be contacting the BBB and inform them of this business. If we would have read the reviews from Trust Pilot, we would have never used them. Crazy part is when we first ordered, they forgot to shop out 2 parts from our order. They said it would ship right away that's was a lie!!! We even ordered 2 more and they thanked us for trusting them with another order and let's just say, they could have kept that thank you. Anyway please check around before you use this company. Use that same effort you used to deleted my ******** review (2 times) and blocking me and use that effort to respond to calls and message left by the customer. This is by far the worst company ever.. Please do your research and read reviews before ording anything from this company.BuyParts.Online

We shipped the multiple product order that customer ordered and verified by our warehouse cameras that all product was shipped. Customer stated that they were shorted two pieces, so we resent two more. Customer then received those two pieces and then stated they were missing more of the original order and different pieces of it that they didn't mentioned previously. Customer is attempting fraudulent activity and we won't continue to send more pieces as they continue to change what was received. ThanksM. F.

This totally false. On my very first order, we was missing 2 pieces. When the order arrived, we noticed that. We emailed and they confirmed that they would have to roll the cameras back and see what happened. Upon review they notified us that they forgot to ship the missing parts and that they would ship immediately. In the process we ordered 2 more parts and in the email, they THANKED us for trusting them with another order. That ordered arrived as scheduled but the 2 missing parts was somehow send to they **********************. Which they tracked and figured out. Once it arrived, we noticed that we have 2 of the same parts, that my finance told them the parts that was missing, she got one wrong. Honest mistake. We still never got our fridge base. Thats the part we was missing as well as the top plate, which we got. We emailed and they confirmed return. She sent the tracking info and when it was delivered she informed them. She even put a note in the return and started thar she informed of the wrong part and circled the one we was missing. The same part we paid foron the first original order. The same part they didnt ship on the original order. They said they never got it and asked for the tracking again. The item was geotracked to they building and scanned. There was no fraudulent activity at all on this order. We have emails and I'm sure they do as well and not one time did we do anything wrong or fraudulent on our order. They hate bad reviews. They block and ban and remove comments from they ******** page. You can read all the nad reviews and they all say the same thing. This is a business where you can't get anyone on the phone. They take forever to respond to emails but as soon as you leave a bad review, they will respond ASAP. There are plenty of places folks can order parts from so people do your research before ordering from these folks. They will lie and claim you are trying to fraud them and us as the customer just want quality customer service and that's something this company fails at.Review fromCharles L

This business is absolutely awful! Placed a big order and was not given any tracking order or any other information apart from order#. It's been 3 months but the ***********'t shown up yet. On the shop app it shows delivered but nothing showed up at our shipping/receiving. We've left many voicemails, sent emails, nothing. Even the live chat option on their website never shows any agent live and submitted queries are never responded. Stay away!!!BuyParts.Online
