Transaction date was December 20, 2024. I received the wrong car radio. I ordered one that was SXM ready and received a radio that was completely different and not SXM ready. I have tried to contact the company using all three of their contact information and have left multiply messages. I have tried leaving voice mails, leaving messages on their live chat and emailing them multiply times. I have had zero response from this company. They have a 30 day return policy and I would like to get a refund or an exchange for the right radio before this time limit is up.Business Response

I have every email I have sent this company. I did not create an account with them and as far as I can tell, no where on their website does it state that you are required to create an account in order to return product. As Ive said in the past I have tried in the three ways that they offer to contact them, email, live chat messages and have left them phone messages. On Dec 24, 2024 I looked up the part number which freightliner dealer provided to me for a front bumper, one of the results was a bumper for sale for $229 at this website, all pictures and descriptions saying that its a front bumper. I placed the order on the same day then I tried to call them to confirm what I ordered, I spent all day trying to call them with no answer. I left a voicemail and sent an email, I tried to call again on the 27th with no answering as well, I sent another follow up email on that day. The item shipped on the 31st and what I received is a small plastic part goes behind the bumper. They refused to take it back and keeps saying you received the product you ordered and if you want to file a fraudulent chargeback, our legal team will get involved and pursue your felony fraudBusiness Response

This customer has been told multiple times that the correct part that was ordered was shipped. We have stock photos provided by the *** on our site. The customer ordered the incorrect part for what they wanted, but we shipped the correct product and exactly what they ordered. It's not our responsibility to pay shipping when the correct part/product was shipped. There is no truck bumper on the planet that is that cheap. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they're ordering the correct part number that they need. We have no way to predict that the customer ordered the incorrect part for their application or what they wanted. We approved the customer's return and will take the return. That's simply not true. Customer did NOT cancel the order. Customer reached out about if it was a bumper, which it is obviously a section of the bumper. Customer was probably asking this because the dealer that they had look it up told them it is just a section of the bumper, which is also stated in the description of the part on our site. As mentioned, customer did NOT request to cancel this order before it was shipped. Also as mentioned, customer's return request was approved and can ship it back to us if they'd like, but we are NOT responsible for shipping costs per our return policies and the fact that the customer supplied the part number and that is exactly what we shipped.Customer Answer

The issue is that my emails and voicemails were ignored, and after a week of trying to communicate, they chose to ship the order anyway, knowing full well that I was looking for a bumper, not just a small piece that goes behind it. I placed an order for a HUB KIT, a few minutes later I received an email with the order number, two days later I checked the order status and in front of my eyes the bar started filling up to delivered. As far as the shop app, that is a 3rd party program and wouldn't have said delivered without a tracking number and for this order there wasn't tracking yet. 05/06/2024 $198.68 I had ordered belts on May 06 and they were supposed to had been shipped in four days. Six weeks later they showed up. I needed a completed W9 for our finance department. I placed an order with buy parts online order # ***** For a fuel tank that is $1,444.64 with it advertised as 45-day shipping. well, the 5 days has come and gone so I emailed them, and they stated they were going to get me tracking info well they could not provide the tracking info and stated that it should have already shipped so why isn't there any tracking info? this business is a scam and needs to be shut down. We responded to you multiple times with responses. You chose free shipping and ordered it on a Saturday and also on a holiday weekend (memorial day), so nothing was open for 3 of those days from when you ordered and shipped the first business day possible. Again, you chose free shipping, so it's not going to go next day air. This bumper ordered was also oversize and had to go LTL, which is normally not accepted under the free shipping option, but we did it anyway as a good customer service. We told you that this had already shipped and the tracking is with Old Dominion, which could have also been seen by logging into your account. LTL companies don't always update their tracking immediately, such as a ***************** etc.. Old Dominion tacking number is 09953836964 and in transit.Customer Answer

Placed an order with them for a part that showed available. We received order confirmation immediately. I have tried reaching out to the company several times to find out when part will be here, but only get an answering machine. I've tried the live chat (which it IS NOT) with no response. I really need someone to physically call and let me know what kind of operation they are running over there. I made an order with BuyParts.Online for a hose part number ********. Order number **** on December 19 2023. On 1/8/2024 I e-mailed the web site reporting that I had not received the part and that I wanted to cancel the order and wanted a refund my money. Did not hear anything back. An order was placed on Friday, February 2 where we purchased a core assembly cooler for over $700 along with accessories and paid extra shipping for it to arrive in two days. We received a confirmation email for our order and sent to the Shop app for tracking the order. We never received the order or shipping/tracking information on the order. We have made several attempts to contact the company over the last few days (day after the order was to arrive and two days after) and haven't been able to contact anyone nor have we received anything back. We have left multiple messages on their generic voicemail. We have sent several emails to their email address provided. We have tried using their live chat on their website but it only sends another message to them. We even went onto their ******** page and messaged them through that site and still didn't receive an answer. A message was left for a full and immediate refund for our order. I placed an order for Hose #******** with Buyparts.Online for $67.49 on December 25th, 2023 and immediately received an email with my order confirmation number (#****). The email has a link to the Shop app, which I downloaded, that only showed the order had been created, but no tracking information available. After waiting a week without receiving a tracking number, I called them and it went unanswered on to a generic voicemail. I emailed the company on January 2, ****, asking for the tracking number and if it had not been shipped yet to simply refund my money. The email went unanswered, as well. I called January 3, **** and was prompted by their automated voicemail requesting a detailed message be left. I simply stated my name, Order #****, contact phone number and that if the hose hasn't been shipped, I want a refund. Within 5 minutes of leaving the message, the Shop app popped up with a tracking number for the shipment. I checked and the shipping label has been created, but the product still has not been shipped. I simply want a refund; I had to purchase this part elsewhere since it took so long.Business Response

****-I sincerely apologize for the delay. The holidays hurt us in many aspects this year. Our support people and warehouse people are different people and the timing of the label at the same time as the cancelation was definitely a coincidence. When that label is made, the part is dropped at the shipper (****,UPS,FedEx, etc) immediately after. We deliver piles of packages daily, so they don't scan them right away as we drop. They have also had scanning delays over the holidays. We're hoping that gets back to normal now. Nevertheless, the parts/package is on its way and we can't pick it up from **** at this point, so please reject the package when it arrives and we'll get you a full refund, no problem. Or if you'd prefer, we could get you a return label. Either way is fine. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Thanks
