5 starsExtremely happy with Prepper Gun Shop. It's not very often you get prompt immediate service and responses. Even on the "Chat" feature on the website I didn't get an AI service, it was directly from an individual. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about every question I had and was very well informed on his inventory and all his products. Prices were great and shipping was a deal as well. Would highly recommend and I have bookmarked the website for future purchases and let friends and family know about this business. Well run business, fair, honest and legit.Review fromRobert K

I purchased a KelTec S25 and when I went to pick it up it was all scratched and rusting. I did not accept the firearm and called Prepper Gun shop and the FFL was sent an email with a return label. The woman stated something about the manufacturer. I can assure you KelTec didn't send the firearm to them in the condition it was sent to me. I want a full refund including shipping because I actually gae this establishment another chance after purchasing a KelTec P50. After shooting it one bullet at the range the next bullet was totally compressed into the cartridge. I took it to KelTec and the mechanism was altered. I have bought several Kel Tec firearms and never had a problem with any of them except this place. I am expecting a total refund and any problems I will contact Keltec concerning this company.

We had our gunsmith take a look at it once it came back in. There was some residue (glue-like) on the magtube. That is all that we could find if that was what they were stating was unacceptable. I asked specifically on any scratches or rusting that he saw and that was not the case.We sell a lot of Kel-Tec and this case is certainly an anomaly. All the Kel-Tec that we sell is new in box (unless specifically noted).We still paid for a return label to the *** and issued the customer a full refund (including original shipping) as they felt it was in an unacceptable condition.Review fromMark P

5 starsI recently ordered and received a Ruger Precision rifle from Preppers Gun Shop. There were no issues and I received the product, via a FFL transfer, with no issues. Fast shipping. 5 starsI recently purchased a HOLOSUN 507C -Gr-X2 at a great price and even Lisa helped me get it as soon as new shipment came in , since they were selling so quickly ! Russell gave me very helpful information on that optic that sold me ! I turned & purchased some ammunition that I haven't tried also . I haven't been able to try the new optic or ammunition yet but will this week ! I trust them at Prepper Gun Shop !

5 starsVery satisfied with their customer support. Prices are very competitive compared to other online stores I searched. Items shipped within an hour of FFL verification. A total of two business days for my order to arrive. Order in excellent condition. Overall, my experience was great. Definitely am going to become a regular.
