      This place called and said I owed a payday loan with ez loan back from 2014 in my ex married name I've been married to my new husband 13 years now they said they were going to arrest me if I didn't pay them this money and they would have the cops at my house they took $400.00 today

      I got a call and my stepdaughter got a call today stating that i had an unpaid online loan from this company from 12 years ago. I had no idea since the bank used was filed under bankruptcy . I have not had any contact whatsoever from them and they are stating they are going to sue for a breach of contract. Online payday loans are illegal in the state of Arkansas now, so I don't know what else to do now.?

      Received a call from this company stating that I did a payday loan in 2012 and that I will be sued if I do not pay . They states that **** ** ******* is suing me as I had given a fraudulent checking account. They guy wanted me to give the first 3 numbers of my social security number as a way to verify who I was. When I declined to do it that way he got verbally aggressive with me. Then asked past address I was at. Stated he was going to mark my "file" as not willing to pay when I stated I was going to call **** ** ******* myself to see if the deposit They said happend truly happened. The guy on the phone said **** ** ******* would not release thst information unless a judge signs off on it and I go to court. I ended up getting hung up on when I told him I will not be paying any money on anything until I contact **** ** ******* and talk to someone on the phone. He stated I will be served court papers in the next 24-72 hours to appear in court. I did call in the morning to the number given to me and on a voicemail it did not say who the company was or any business hours they have.

      This company is saying that I have a loan from 2013 from when I worked at ******* Mind you this is 10 years ago. I did apply for a loan with this company and would never have applied for a loan. They have my social and my bank account information that I no longer use. They have been calling my friends, and family members. The debti collection agency they are using is ******* ******** ********* Their number is *********** They keep threating to take me to small claims court if I do not pay a loan that I never took out.

      This company is stating I did business with them and say I defaulted on a loan. I have never did business with them and never transfered any money. I believe they are trying to scam me

      Dated 11/15/23 to present, I have been receiving automated phone calls from a number that is telling me to contact ***** ******** regarding a outstanding loan. I called and a gentleman answered the phone and stated that I had an outstanding loan from "EZ Money" in the amount of $1,265.00. The first thing that was off was they originally called me from a ************ number (which is my area code) and then they told me to contact them at the first number I mentioned. Than the second thing was when they told me about the loan I notified them I have never heard of that company before and with a quick google search there are no "EZ Money" loan places remotely close to me. After I let him know this he hung up on me. Tried calling back they answer then I say my name and they will hang up again. DO NOT LET SOMEONE SCAM YOU LIKE THIS PLACE IS TRYING TO DO!

      March 13, 2023 at 10:32am and March 14, 2023 at 1:54pm and March 17, 2023 at 8:06am I received the following message from ***** ********:

      GILBRIANNA ******, This is Carol ****** from the
      Mediation Department. It is imperative that you contact my office at ************

      I called and spoke with someone other than Carol ****** on March 14, 2023 and was told about a debt from 2016 using my social from EZ Money. This company says they’ve reached out in 2019 and sent the invoice to my ****** address. I’ve told them since 2019 to send the invoice and stop contacting me. They never have, they’re lying about sending anything. The company threatened that their client would move forward with a lawsuit and I responded letting them know that is what they will have to do without me receiving an invoice. Having my social is not enough evidence for me to pay anything because my social was all over the internet. I don’t want this company harassing my next address. I am on the national do not call list.

      I also have a police report.
