    I've had nothing but problems as well. Exactly as described below in other reviews. Their customer service lacks the ability to communicate. Will insult you openly and just say they are being "direct". Lack of follow up from mangers with every excuse in the book of why what they tell you today in your complaint is invalid regardless of what they may have told you in the past. They do not stand by their actions. How are they rated A+ on here is not understandable.

    ’ve had nothing but problems with this service since they bought out Priemer. They have been awful both from a business and residential perspective. No response when scheduling pick ups, regular missed trash pick up on schedules days when the trash has been to the curb the night before. Calling and getting them to correct their mistake is always a challenge and argument where they make you feel like it’s your fault. I’ve had damaged property multiple times at the business and when called and spoke to a manager he accused me of lying. Flat out on my vm.. so I sent pictures which were a waste of my time because no acknowledgement or apologies. For the price we pay for this service and the hassle it is to deal with them, just do your job!
