    My son bought a 2015 Santa Fe there and something happened to engine. He got it back to beardmore and has been without the car for months now. He has gone through three loaner cars while waiting to be fixed. Also is he has been paying payments on loan and don’t have car and don’t know when he will get it back. Something should be done.

    Warning, everyone! This dealer service is scamming customers. Here's how: After I paid off my balance and went in for an oil change, they tampered with something in my car to create a noise, forcing me to return for repairs. Even after I paid, the noise came back. Others in the waiting room shared similar experiences. It seems like their 5-star reviews are from their business partners, not genuine customers.

    The service department at Beardmore Hyundai is horrible. I drive a red 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited. I brought my car here for a recall and Jonathan did an inspection that I didn't ask for. Telling me it will cost a little over $1,000 worth for whatever issue. So, I wasn't able to my second job as a medical courier to stay on top of bills (including rent). However, visits later, 4th month my car got broken into, an attempted theft. Steering column was broken. Also, my passenger side window was broken out. I reported it first for attempted theft. We towed it to Beardmore because I have worked with them. This time my mother and I have been communicating with Nate and Kevin the manager of the repair shop about my car. They had it for 1 week saying they were waiting on my insurance for something they said takes 5 hours to fix. However, my insurance company has always been effectively communicating. Also, they told my insurance company that I had a burnt-out drug in my car. Which in NO way that is from me. I take prescription meds and I am a MEDICAL COURIER. Nate calls me inquiring about the key fob. Saying if I turn in the key fob by that night, then the next morning I could drive my car home. I turned the key fob in by that night. The NEXT morning, I was there from 8:30am - 3:30pm. I started it and my car was misfiring. Ignored. I take the Lincoln exit on the highway and my steering wheel locked up as I was turning and swerving. I took my foot off the gas scared thinking I was about to lose my life. Turn it off and turn it back on. Then I took the first exit back to the dealership. Just to hear Kevin the repair manager says there's nothing we can do about it. They quoted me an additional $12,437.32. So basically, they should have totaled my car out because now I am carless, and I can't work my second job as a medical courier. Thanks, but no thanks Beardmore.
