I wanted a Mazda, midsize, no black interior, and with the depreciation already gone. I got a Mazda CX30 (small, black interior with no depreciation). My salesman was very good at redirecting and confusing the situation, I was often reminded the sale price was only good for two days. I said at one time I was going to pass, but he kept coming back with reasons I should want this Mazda. Another time I voiced uncertainty and I was reminded I gave my word! I bought the CX30 for $13,000 plus $20,000 (low value) for my Ford. Within hours I was begging my salesman to get me out of the deal, I HATED the car, it was everything I did not want. I phoned the GM Joe and asked him not to proceed with the sale, but he never returned my call. I was offered to upgrade to the CX50 for $14,000 + 299. doc fees. I decided I wanted my Ford back and be done with everything - the offer was I got $5,218.00 back and they would keep $7,782.00 for having the car less than 72 hours. The CX30 had been used as a loaner from the dealership - I put very few miles on it. I was forced to register the vehicle and pay a $911.00 sales tax. They could have stopped the whole transaction, the paperwork had not even been started, as they were waiting for the check to clear. They could have given me a reasonable penalty, but they chose not too. I ended up paying 24,012.00 to get my Ford back less 26,250, trade-in; their numbers are all over the place!!! I was told they added the extra to my Ford to keep Uncle Sam happy! Mind you I am still out $7,782.00 and $911.00 in taxes. I saved a long time to be able to buy a car, and now I have to start over. So I want to warn others (women especially), take a man with you ( I never had to in the past but things have changed), and don't be so righteous that you won't break your word. I recommend staying away from this dealership if for no other reason than their lack of empathy, and perhaps greed. Nebraska needs the cooling-off period back!

My girlfriend recently had a Jeep end of lease buyout which she was trying to accomplish though a finance manager at Woudhouse Blair. It has been drug out for months now between trying to coordinate with this gentleman's limited schedule, many days off and snow days. They offered her a contract included a supposedly optional $3950 third party warranty and a $1500 gap insurance, which had to be signed by midnight. When we said we would take the offer without those two options it was no longer available without them making that extra money. Nothing changed other than that on her end. So again this finance manager offered the contract with just the gap insurance added. When she questioned getting the insurance cheaper somewhere else the story was upper management didn't want to take the risk on the contract so it was again redacted. Seems like they just want to get the vehicle back have her pay any charges and resell the vehicle instead of helping her. Now I will have to help her finace a loan elsewhere or pay off the vehicle. Very predatory loan practices. Watch the extra fees and options they are trying to sell you!! Stay away!!!
