I was disappointed by the promotional package which struck me as a tremendous waste of money. After checking with charity ratings organizations (BBB, Charity Watch), I've concluded my money is better spent elsewhere, especially since your CEO makes over $1,080,000. That would mean over 10,800 donations of $100 just to cover the CEO's salary.Boys Town

Please remove me from your mailing list. Do not spend money on mailing me pens, socks, calendars, cards, etc. From what I read from responses by former students, parents, prospective employees, etc., I think you should spend the money on some quality staff people.

I for one Love the items sent, if I can't use them, others I know do. Some people on here are conflating what you offer in your mailings with other charities. Charity to others begins at home and if BT and others need to send mailings why should anyone care? I would like to see them try to find addresses etc to donate if mailings weren't offered, Then again that would be the issue, many would NOT donate if they weren't receiving mailings. BT and others don't use Television to ask for donations as do the myriad of medical commercials and Vet organizations not to mention Cat & Dog ones. I've yet to hear people complaining that the airtime funding should be used instead on the cause. Keep up the good work.Boys Town
