      I was getting the free plan and when that ended, I went to the store to make a payment. The store hours say opens at 10:00am did not show up for 2 hours.
      I paid early and got shut off because they made a mistake and did not give me till the end of the plan as promised. They finally fixed it after having to pretty much having to beg and plead.
      If I could afford to change companies, I would.

      I qualify for the reduced rate program, and it seems to be a scam, as I am now paying for the same service twice a month, instead of a monthly rate. I think this is because they don't give you as much data as they claim, which leads to an unexpected need to repurchase what you're led to believe is a monthly package. Shady AF and I am currently looking for a better, more honest service. Buyer beware.
