    I bought a Hornady Lock & Load Powder Dispenser & Scale which has Never worked Properly.
    I didn't use it at all for several months maybe 12 months later. I had problems right off the start. I called them for help because the scale continuously drifted and would occasionally hold which allowed me to double check and weigh it on another older scale. I found Inconsistent Results and Inaccurate weights. Removing and reweighing the same load showed different results most times that I was afraid to use it.
    I called for Help and they told me before I could get any help I had to find All my paperwork to prove I purchased it. They told me there's only a year warranty from purchase and that I had better find it quick. They offered NO help to remedy this problem and actually LOCKED me out of their site by a manager because I was not happy with their service and equipment. They made sure I couldn't make a written complaint there. They were Well Prepared for ANOTHER UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!
    I definitely will NOT buy Anything Hornady Ever again and I'm not alone. I've talked and read numerous complaints from people with problems that hornady couldn't care less to help with Their product. Waste Of Money!!!

    Thank you for your response and concern for my problem with this product support handling. I appreciate the receipt of a new dispenser and acknowledge it is functioning very well. Be assured this complaint was in no way an attempt to receive unpurchased items from Hornady.

    I have enjoyed your products for years and never until now had a problem with any of them. I was outraged by the initial support contact handling received as you may expect a returning customer with a first time problem ever of your products. Then entering your website again to find my account was terminated and blocked indefinitely! NO company should get away with that type of consumer handling. I was pissed with this disrespect and abuse!
    I now do believe Hornady Policy is concerned about their consumer base and not company policy handling customers as I was the first time support was required.
    I now thank you for the unsolicited VIP Handling and for restoring my faith in Hornady.
