      I owe a debt that I have been paying on for quite sometime, I can only afford a certain amount per payday and they were fine with that until Tax Time when I had hoped to be able to pay them off. When I informed them that I would not be able to pay them off with my taxes they were upset and said I needed to double my payments, I expressed that I would not be able to afford that yet they gave me no choice, so Today 4/17 I spoke to ****** who told me that my affordable payment would not be adequate, she suggested I take out a loan, spoke to her supervisor, then came back on the phone and said that I have to pay the increased amount or they would be able to take me to court again. She then hung up on me, refusing the payment I offered to make. This company is very unprofessional, I understand I owe a debt to a different company and that Credit Management bought the debt. However refusing any payment of any kind negates their ability to take me back to court.

      I am rejecting this response because: At no point in time was ****** polite and thanked me for my call before hanging up, I was still talking when she hung up on me.  I told them originally that I hoped to pay off the balance in March with my taxes however I did not receive enough to do that. It amazes me that they are refusing my payments I am able to make instead of not getting any money at all. I can agree to do 35 bi weekly as I previously stated I am paying other Medical bills off at the same time and am willing to use what little I have left to continue to pay this bill.

      I have received nothing by mail or certified to state that my account was in danger of being frozen at my bank. I am supporting four children and a grandchild and on 3/9 $500 was frozen in my bank account which left me unable to purchase needed items for my children. I want this freeze or hold taken off of my bank accounts checking and savings immediately with ****** ****** **** and a representative to offer to make payment arrangements not deplete my account so I can not afford diapers or gas or anything, especially without any type of notice this would be occurring. We are retired on a fixed income from social security which is my husbands retirement

I request a full discloser of this debt. I have not received my sign signature, original contract or any information about this debt. By law after 30 days this debt is not mine. It been 45 days. Cease and desist all reporting of this debt asap. You are hereby put on notice that you are reporting a fraudulent account on my account.
      stop calling me and harassing me about this fraudulent account. STOP CALLING ME AFTER 9PM about this fraudulent account asap you are violating my rights.

      on 01/21/2023 i challenged the validity of this false reporting debt on my credit report directly with your agency. with the letter, i have submitted which i shall attach to this complaint. i demand you escalate my claim and remove this invalidated tradeline from my consumer report asap. *** ******** *******

      I did not get the complaint sent February 27th-Unsure where that went.   I also want to note that my client only conducts business in ****, ********, ******, ***** ****** and ******* and does NOT credit report.
