      I have never had a collection agency contact me, but received a letter from Credit Management Services about a random bill that went unpaid from a company that I never heard of before. Baffled, I called for some answers. The woman told me that she would send me a detailed account/letter about the unpaid bill; they can't give that information via text or email. I never received it. I just called again to follow up. A gruff, incompetent woman named Harley took my call and kept asking for my birth date. I realize it was to verify my identity. However, I spoke to them previously verifying with my address and reference number and had had conversations. Harley argued with me, stating, "We are an accredited company and have been for years," laughing at my concern. Again, I told her I was following up. She literally hung up on me, spending less than 15 seconds in dealing with me. I cannot believe this woman is answering a phone anywhere, much more dealing with individuals that have real questions. I called the original company who was claiming the debt; never heard of them. It turns out to be a medical supply agency. Likely something not covered by insurance. But they don't know anything because they "sell" these debts off to collection agencies and showed a zero sum balance and no details. I called Credit Services back and THANKFULLY spoke to the only competent individual there, a lady named Olivia. She verified my identity with my address and did show that I requested an accounting of the bill details and they didn't send it because they never received anything from the original collector. I was merely inquiring about the details and she understood. She thought the call was totally manageable because it was. I really feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with Harley. Very poorly run/managed system they have over there. Such a shame.

      This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with credit management and everytime their customer service seems to get worse and worse. I ask for a letter to be mailed to me but then I never receive it. They say they call me but I don’t answer and they refuse to leave a voice message so how do I know what all these random numbers or the no caller id is if they won’t leave a message for me to call back? When I do call them they are super rude and disrespectful and then hang up on me when I become rude with them. Like I said this is not the first time this has happened to me or other people I know that’s had to deal with them.

      Zero stars if I could, this company has emptied a joint checking account, they have sued me over 20 times in 3 years garnished my pay checks and my amount goes down but very little every time , this company is a bunch of financial terrorists

      since being in collection with CM they have been amazing with us. we have a payment plan that is actually affordable for us considering my husband is our only provider, we have a terminal ill baby. Thank you Harley for your help today!

      I am being garnished for medical debt. Which the hospital would not made arrangements on since I couldn't pay within 6 months. I've been paying for quite awhile as I don't make a ton of money. After the garnishment I bring home 245.00 a week. Last week they emptied my checking account. I got notifications of this action after the $$ was removed. They left me w a negative balance. I called and was informed this can be done. So they can leave you with zero money. I've paid 280 a month every week they get 70 dollars. So I can no longer put money into my checking account because they will be garnishing that money as well. Which will leave me with zero money to pay my rent/electric/ food .
