      Come In to get oil change and tires route wait 2 hours only come with oil change management would not route the tire drive over a hour to get there that keep push my car back for our people when it was first come first service I believe it was show favor customer would like some done about the management team up front

      The customer was not skipped but we had a few dropped off before him. On saturdays its only walk ins and the people that wait at the store get first priority. I did try calling the customer but we will do a courtesy oil change for him next time he is here if he closes his complaint for the misunderstanding.

      I don't want anything I just want them learned how to treat customers listen to them when that come in to your business maybe some Training for your manager. Because he does not have a customer service. When you come 2 days before your Serve this and ask if you can bring your own oil. You were told yes. And have attitude because you bring your own oil I am big on sporting kearney Local business You're spending. 5.00 or 500 it same your a customers maybe we try do business again soon
