      I purchased a set of BIG O Legacy 3Y75K tires on 4-10-23 for a 2021 Hyundai Tucson. I have put just over 42K on them in 1Y7M. One tire has a broke belt and all of the tires have under 2/32 tread left. They are all wore evenly as I have rotated them every oil change. They should be replaced under warranty however they will not because I rotate them my self as well as service and all other repairs because I am a mechanic. (+27 years) I would not recommend buying tires from Big O if you don't pay someone to service and rotate for you. 19M and 42K miles have inferior written all over it and they know it! Thats why they will look for anything to not have to take care of a customer!

      Went in at opening time to get r/f wheel bearing replaced and wheel alignment had to wait as people came in in front of me and new customers get ahead of me in line and when they were slow I watched the mechanics sit around while my car was in the air also knowing that my car was broke down and I could take it no wear else as well as the front desk clerks laughing at the situation to each other when I finally ask how long it would be they said after the lady In front of me and when they got to it it only took minutes only because after I paid $834.11 none of the work was done including the alignment my car still made the same noise they said they would fix and the alignment wasn't done. I want a full refund for the time I wasted and the work that was not done.

      Very bad customer service don't do have the work u ask them to do Manger is a joke wait 2 hours for a oil change keep push my car to back line
