    I’ve had the same horrible experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I ordered a light switch and it never even shipped. I called and emailed numerous times and got the runaround and then just got hung up on. Please do not do business with them. They’re scammers!!

    Ordered nearly $700 in Shure audio equipment from these guys back in May 2022. Never received anything and tried numerous times to contact them. I called several times and chose every extension they listed leaving numerous messages which were never answered. No one ever answered the phone. I also emailed them a few times with no response. I believe this company is not even real and they just steal money from anyone placing an order. They need to be shut down and return the money from everyone they have stolen from.

    Placed an order for items that were "in stock". Two weeks later and it still had not shipped, however, they had already charged us for the purchase. After inquiring on the order status, I was informed that the items were 4 to 6 weeks backordered. They never told me it was not in stock, never reached out to say that there would be a delay. I had to investigate.
    At this time I started to request canceling the order. I sent 5 emails and got no response; submitted a post through their contact form on their website with no response; and called their phone line twice with no answer. Meanwhile, our credit card was charged for an order that was "backordered" and that I couldn't seem to cancel.
    Only one person at this company ever responded to my emails, and his email was actually a Gmail account, not a 4tecdirect.com address. Don't know what the relationship there was. He told me that he would be sure to have accounting took care of it, and still they did not.
    I finally called and got an answer from a guy driving in his car. And before I could even tell him why I was calling, he said he would be sure to take care of the order. What? I hadn't even told him yet that I wanted to cancel the order yet.
    I followed up this call with yet more emails and after 5 1/2 weeks from placing the order and several hours of my time chasing them down, I finally got the refund. Horrible customer service and ecommerce operation.
    I wound up ordering the same products from a different seller and had them within a week, with good communication and customer service.
    Buyer beware.
