    I paid Carp's exterior's over 50,00 dollars they never finished the job. Instead put a lien on my home , as well as late payment charges.. I had to pay another company to finish part of the job. I am a senior citizen who is handicapped.. Due to a stroke and feel they are taking advantage of my disabilities

    Hello ****,  

    We are trying to collect the balance that is owed to us for the completion to reside your home.  All work that we contracted with you for, has been itemized on your contract and we have completed 100% of the work contracted. 

    Now that your project is completed, you are contesting a door repair/replacement to offset your balance due for your siding.   This was not part of our original contract as to the scope of work that we agreed to complete for you.  

    It’s unfortunate that you don't recall the many walk throughs at your home.  During one of these walk throughs, we discussed being able to estimate you, for the door repair, but you stated that you 'didn't want to spend more money'.   Now you have had door work done by another contractor and are trying to deduct door work off our siding, soffit, and fascia contract balance

    Our original estimate was for siding replacement and soffit and fascia replacement.  Never has a door or door repair ever been estimated.

    We are simply trying to collect for the work performed that you agreed to and now you are contesting additional work to be completed, for us to be paid.

    We will not beckon to social media hijacking and bad reviews as this is the reason why we itemize all services on our signed contracts. 

    As soon as you pay your invoice, we will be happy to release the lien on your home.
