      The phone support staff are polite but never actually help. They send you emails with instructions to sign in and follow the prompts. Even after four calls and five emails, I still need help. All they will do is send another email. That is terrible service. Once this bill is paid, I'll never use them again.

      Paid my loan in full the first month but was charged nearly $500.00 in interest.
      Very poor customer service.
      Terrible loan policy.
      Avoid this company.
      Medical/dental offices should reconsider dealing with them for their patients' financial

      IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD AND THE FACT THAT THE BBB RATES THEM AN A+ IS A JOKE IN ITSELF. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I PAID FOR MY MOTHERS DENTAL IMPLANTS WITH THEM, I PAID IT OFF IN FULL IN NOVEMBER. I RECEIVED THE STATEMENT SAYING THAT IT WAS PAID OFF IN FULL. THEY ATTEMPTED TO CHARGED MY ACCOUNT A MONTH LATER FOR ANOTHER MONTHLY PAYMENT AS IF I NEVER PAID IT OFF. I REQUESTED THE REFUND FOR THE OVERDRAFT AND THEY SENT THE MONEY BACK. THEY HAVE CALLED ME DAILY, EMAILED, TEXTED ME, HARASSING ME THAT I OWED THEM THAT MONEY EVEN AFTER DISPUTING WITH THEM MULTIPLE TIMES THAT THIS LOAN HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL AND THEY WERE NEVER DUE THAT MONEY TO BEGIN WITH. THESE PEOPLE ARE DISGUSTING AND TRYING TO ACRUE INTEREST ON A PAYMENT THEY WERE NEVER OWED.

      I took out this loan for dental implants my account number ******** one year ago and I always make my payments every month through their website ********************************************, the issue is when you go to view your account and what to know the progress of payments to be made to them and your ending balance it does not tell you and will not tell you and there is nowhere on their web site give you that information and you cannot set up a post date of withdraw on their site it will and wants to do the transaction on that day of the process and not on the desired date you want to be processed on. If you call Security First Bank they are useless in getting that assistance regarding the issue.
      I also tried setting up an automatic payment through their site to receive a lower interest rate of 0.25%, but I do not know if that is activated. I was not informed that it was set up, but I have no clue about the details on my account, given what the interest rate is, how much is still due, what balance is paid on the account, and the year-to-date interest has been made.
      This financial institution is the worst loan business I have ever dealt with in how their business practice as an institution deliberately withholds important information from their customers.

      We recently discovered that the dental implant loan my wife obtained was not a standard loan but rather a predatory one. Despite making regular monthly payments of $445, we were surprised to learn that $67 to $0.00 of each payment was applied to the principal, with the remaining amount of $378 to the full $445 going toward interest. Additionally, we've always paid on time or early. This lack of transparency and the existence of a second website that displays the loan history, which was not disclosed to us, raise concerns about the lender's business practices. We feel misled and believe that this type of lending arrangement is deceptive and should be addressed.

      I took out loan with this company for dental implants. I immediately re-financed to a lower rate and paid off the loan completely. I expected some residual interest, and waited for them to send me a statement, bill, email, or phone call. I never heard from them for 7 months, and all of the sudden I start hearing from them that I owe them 577 dollars interest. I could not get an explanation as to why I did not hear from them for 7 months. They tried to explain that the large amount I sent them to pay off the loan, was somehow used for 7 months to make my payments, and it ran out and now owe this residual interest. So I tried to enroll in their online banking so I could review the history. Their website looks like something designed by an 8 year old. It is totally suspect, impossible to navigate. You cant just pay the balance, you have to set up a "transfer account". I tried to do this, but it says I have to agree to their terms and conditions, which is about ten pages long and I cannot find a button to click I agree.Even enrolling was difficult, as you fill out a five page form, then it says it wants to verify you with a text, then it lists the number to send the text, and none of the five numbers displayed were the number I enrolled with. Found out it takes two days to set up the online account, which the registration never told you, it basically left you with the impression that you had successfully enrolled. The only way I knew that the enrollment completed two days later was an email I received. I know they are making it all difficult so that people give up and get late with their payments. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

      I paid the loan off with 127$ interest in 29 days and they still took out an ACH payment from my daughter in law and now refuse to pay the overdraft fee. It's not about the money for me but it's common decency if the bill was paid and quote you can't stop the payment and it was paid ! That you can't refund 29$ to a person who can't afford it and then the customer service is the worst and management isn't a bit better the the rates are ridiculous. Who has heard off 127$ interest in 28-29 days good thing I paid them, just look out of these people are financing your loan buyer beware they're not your friend.

      I was approved for $*****.00 for dental work with Clear Choice and was not ale to proceed with treatment plan. I was obligated to pay for the services rendered only which was about $****.00.
      The remaining $****.00 was returned to Security First Bank which is the loan servicer for Proceed Finance. They have not updated my balance which is not $****.00 to the credit bureaus as I was told it would take a month or so to do. I am now today 3 months later being told I have to dispute this with each credit bureau which is absurd. They should update accurate balances on their end as a loan servicer.. I don't recommend for to anyone and for this will never do business with either party in the future.

      Account handling is a complete failure. I hate this bank and their processes. Watch out for unwarranted fees. They will only remove fees to make it seem like they're helping though the fees should NOT have been there in the first place. BEWARE
