    Outstanding customer service from Trevor. He never left me wondering due to his follow-ups during the entire process. The working crew was professional and incredibly competent.     Epp foundation repair has now performed 2 separate projects for me: One for my personal home and one for my fiancé's.

    On my personal home I was getting water in a couple places. I tried very hard to solve the issue myself but was unsuccessful. I had a few contractors out and Epp was BY FAR the most empathetic and educational. They also didn't push unnecessary repairs or try to 'sell' me more stuff. Communication was very smooth before, during, and after install. The foreman, Corey, was very communicative and kept me updated with every step. They ended up installing an interior draintile system. I ended up living in the home for a few years before I decided to move. During those years, i was able to rest easy with no water intrusion. When I sold my house, i was able to transfer my warranty to the buyer and it was a huge selling point!

    On to my fiancé's, she also had water coming in as well as a bowing wall. Same smooth communication, same smooth install. Dillon, our foreman, was super friendly also. We did another draintile system, supported the bowing wall with carbon fiber, and ended up installing an egress window! The egress window added enough money to the equity in our house to almost off-set the entire repair costs.

    All in all, i have nothing but respect for this company. They have created a business model that is not only smooth with communication and installs, but also very personalized. I truly felt valued as a human and not another 'sale'.

    If you need a company that's full of integrity, honesty, and quality, Epp should be your go to!

    Epp did a phenomenal job waterproofing our basement. From start to finish the crew was timely, respectful, and cleaned up beyond expectation. Would highly recommend to anyone needing foundation repair services.
