      Account was closed and charged off as bad credit lean was sold to another company in June 2023. They still have been reporting missed payments and money owed to credit destroying what's left of my credit. Would like the last 24 months of missed payments removed from my creditvreport

      I had an inquiry from me given to the bank for a business line of credit and for the same inquiry during the same time frame they did four hard credit poles off my credit and have a hold on me somehow preventing me from getting a checking account local or domestic and also from getting any loan or business line of credit from anywhere else since the four hard credit polls is throwing up red flags for them and I have spoken with members of the bank and the president of the bank and he is refusing to return my calls or speak to me or reach out to the Credit Agencies to help me dispute the credit checks and I need a checking account and I need a business line of credit which they said they would give me to make up for doing the four hard credit polls but now they went back on their word and are not offering me a business line of credit as a customer courtesy. The gentleman I had a two and a half hour phone call to about everything life love Liberty Pursuit of Happiness and good hard work is now acting like he never had that conversation and is being overly assertive in telling me not to seek assistance disputing this problem please help me fix this and give me ways the next steps I need to take to solve this problem my business is all one word ****** **** **** *** my name is ****** ****** my birthday is ********** last four five two two zero and my phone number is ************ and my address is **** ***** **** ****** Lincoln Nebraska 68502 I am a dire need of help please do what you can to assist me thank you very much

      LFCU charged me $210 in overdraft fees. They charged me 6 $35 fees. 4 of those $35 fees were taken from my account while my account had a positive balance. Their fees brought my account negative. They will not return my money. They also charge overdraft fees on “pending” items which seems unethical. Pending items are not hard posted to your account and still have an opportunity to “fall off” your account if they are not fully processed by the merchant.

      occasions, diligently providing guidance on avoiding fees associated with their
      account. Both historically and in the current instance, we have made sincere
      efforts to assist, and made courtesy refunds of multiple fees on multiple
      occasions. 

      We have once again attempted to work with the
      individual to provide clear guidance on account management and continue to
      stress the importance of keeping an up to date ledger of all transactions to
      ensure funds are available to clear all authorized charges when they are
      presented.

      I have had a problem with this bank since I opened an account with them. I used bill pay online and I always get an overdraft fee for late pay. The purchase so they know I have no money to pay it at the time that it is suppose to be paid, I did call them to refund my fee once. But, they keeping doing it over and over until today I found out they charged me an overdraft fee before they actually paid for it until I put money to cover the amount on hold. The proof for what they did is $24.07 on hold and I have my paycheck on hold too, which the bank charged me $35 and the purchase is on Hold is not paid yet and the bank not will not pay until my check comes clear. So why have I been charged for something that has not been paid? If still on Hold until I have money in my account I still have my check on hold to. I need all my fees because there is no reason I have paid all these charges if they have not paid for it and I have money cover the purchase. Thanks
