      After being with this bank for over 10 years we could not be more disappointed with them. We have multiple accounts with them and find that they are very behind the times and only care about charging fees! Go to Capital One Bank instead. They charge no fees, make transfers easy, and care about their customers. Liberty says they do but conveniently change their policies according to the mood of who you talk to on the phone. We called to change something on our business account and were told we'd pay a fee. We told them they have never charged us a $35fee for this before and got a well that was a mistake. So, we told them they were risking losing a long-time customer over $35, and the lady very rudely replied that's your choice. Yet if they had the up-to-date fast transfer capabilities Capital One has, we could do everything online in an instant and never have to call in the first place. We are really starting to regret not just closing all our accounts with Liberty and going to Capital One for everything. I think we will start looking into it. Including switching our Car and mortgage loans.
