***** said he'd do all of these things: -engagement sessions -DJ whole wedding -Bride special photo shoot -Lighting and etc for wedding. He is a complete fraud. No contract was ever sent by him. He refuses to give us any refund. ***** is also living in Brookings, SD. He says his "headquarters" is in Omaha but there is no contact for anyone there.

This person has been scamming us. 1. Our corporate offfice is in Lincoln, not Omaha. 2. We have nothing to do with the photography on this. 3. This client canceled us. As per our contract/ agreement and polices, she has candles within the 120 time slot which waves any and all refunds. It’s not my or the businesses fault that her boyfriend and her broke up and she’s just using the money to “get to a safe place” this person also selected for the adopt a family Christmas program. She used us for $150 worth of free items. Local law enforcement and our attorney is aware of this and also considers this harassment on her part. Once again, she canceled on and terminated the agreement. She actually breached the contract

Also this client filed a dispute of payment with ******* I got an email today from ****** saying that they decided in my favor. So there’s that too. If ****** denied her claim then I have a legit case. I can send you a screenshot of that email if you wish.

I hired Finch on the Run entertainment to be our DJ and officiant for our wedding. I had contacted the owner, Brian, many times and was always reassured that everything was fine. I tried to meet with him in person, tried to schedule a ********, etc and it would never happen. He was always too busy, or it never worked out for him. I asked many times for details and never got them. I never received a contract, so he can't say that there was one, although I asked for it multiple times, and can provide screen shots of the following. We paid Brian's company in full because we felt pressured to do so as there was ALWAYS some promotion he was running for that day. He was very pushy about being paid, and being paid asap. After seeing many reviews and having the experience that I had I chose to go with a different dj service all together. I asked Brian to refund us everything we paid MINUS the deposit. Even though there was NO contract I felt it was fair for him to keep our deposit, and refund us the remainder. On June 1st I asked Brian to refund $*** of the $*** we send him in full. I stated I would give him 30 days to refund. Fast forward to now, August 18th and I still haven't received a penny back. I tried so hard to give him the benefit of the doubt and he's given excuse after excuse to both my father and I about personal things happening in his life as to why he can't refund us, when I know he's dj'd several things since June. Bad way to run a business all around and I feel for people who don't get Brian's best self and are disappointed when he isn't. I wish I wouldn't have had to do this, but the next step is civil court and I'll be suing for more than just $***. Time, money, travel, and time off work.
