    Paid for a day-of wedding coordinator that Finch never got us in contact with. He owes us money for the services he didn't provide - has agreed to refund us but it has been 3 months and still no payment returned.

    He didn't stick to the timeline we provided him for the reception so our videographers ended up missing one of the speeches. He used our reception to constantly talk on the mic and his speakers were not great quality. He also played Shaggy's "Wasn't Me" during our WEDDING reception... who does that??

    Finch on the Run was to provide a day-of coordinator that we paid for. We don't care if this person was contracted or what, we paid this business for a service that did not deliver.

    He has excuses for everything and lacks integrity from what he has shown us. He is truly "on the run". Save yourself heartache, time, and money - find another DJ.

    We had to submit a claim through ***** to get our refund for services not rendered. (***** was simple and easy to work with!) Note to consumers, make sure you pay through *****/PayPal so you can get your money back!!

    Our company used Brian to DJ for a holiday party two years ago and he did a great job, so we booked him again for our party this year. He said he was having a special and if we paid in full, we would receive $50.00 off, so that's what we did. The morning of the party, Brian texted me and said he was sick and could not find anyone else to cover for him. He agreed to return our $550.00, however never did and we are having to sue him to get our money back. We're very disappointed and would not recommend this business.

    Great business and great staff of DJs and entertainers. My family has hired Brian and his DJs for many many family events. These reviews on here are not accurate as they have done all our DJ and events for our family for 14 years. Hands down will always refer this wonderful business
