Every month I pay $30 for trash. Sometime between May and September I mailed in my $30 check I received another invoice saying I owed $60, a week later my $30 check was cashed. The next couple months I kept receiving a $60 balance due but I only paid the $30 assuming they hadn’t changed it yet. I tried texting them and they said that bill is for November and December. I said so if I pay the $63.98 will I receive a bill in December they said yes for $31.99 due to landfill increase $1.99. They say my balance is up to date and I only owe $31.99 a month but my invoice says $63.98 still and they won’t change it back. If I wanted to cancel service I believe they would make me pay the full balance. I’ve always received a $30 invoice every month until the one month they didn’t receive the payment on time due to the mail delivery because I sent it on time. I just want my bill changed back to the $31.99 a month. So my invoice shouldn’t say balance due of $63.98 if I only owe $31.99

Husker Refuse did continue texting me. But still did not resolve my issue. I made my November payment. I get that that if my payment is received by the 1st the next month rolls into my next invoice but my due date was always the 15th and changed to the 1st and it still doesn’t make sense to me why after one payment was received late on there part that it keeps saying I owe $60.
