    Absolutely horrible customer service! Jacqie in particular. She should not be working with anything customer related wise. The company did a door knock earlier this year. They had a very polite young man come and knock on the door and offer a good price for trash, recycle, And yard waste. My husband and my neighbor across the street both signed the agreement. Thinking it was a good one. We didn’t learn that the company had been sold four times recently and didn’t have a good reputation. We called and canceled both of us. We got part of our money back, but our neighbor did not even though she Called and canceled the same day we did. Now they are refusing to give her any money back at all. This company makes money off of tricking people into signing a contract and then getting profit from not paying them back in full or at all It is awful business ethics! Tricking people, being super rude on the phone (Jacqie is the person I’m talking about here, absolutely a disgrace for women in general and service people all around). We will never use this company! I have also called them multiple times asking them to stop speeding over the last few years. We live in a cul-de-sac and they drive like it’s a Formula One race track all year round. It is only a matter of time until they get in an accident of some sort. Zero out of 10 Is what I give this company as a rating. I would go negative if that was possible they deserve zero out of five stars.

    We have reached out to the customers multiple times and reviewed the contract that they signed. We were disappointed about the false rumors about us being sold as that is not true. We followed through on the terms of the contract signed. Customer tried to bully their way to get out of the contract in which our customer service representatives tried their best to resolve the customers concerns..

    Absolutely horrible customer service. We pay extra for house pick up, we have been missed for trash and recycling on several occasions. They say they will send a driver back out but doesn't happen. They will not give you credit for missed trash pick ups either. They keep raising the prices and the service gets worse and worse. DO NOT use this company for trash service. Makes you give them 1 out of 5 stars, they deserve 0 out of 5 stars. HORRIBLE

    Not picking up my trash and recycling on several different occasions. Charging way too much. Won't compensate off the bill for missed pick ups. Highly do not recommend this company.

    This company has terrible customer service. They cancel collection days leaving garbage or recycling to build up for two to three weeks at a time, then still charge for days that they did not collect. Then when a customer cancels service they refuse to pick up their garbage cans and get them off your property. Extremely incompetent.
