      Had a great experience. Changing bulbs in a stairwell might seem simple to others but since we had a no one locally to do this for us the technician was polite and so helpful. We have lights now and can get laundry done seek shelter if bad weather etc. very reassuring to have someone who really cared do this for us.

      Excellent......! AC went out, left messages with two local HVAC companies and got no response. Called John Henry's and the call was answered by a real person and they set an appointment with a tech for the following day. Communication was great as they let me when the tech would show up. The tech ( *****) was fantastic, and went over my options allowing me to make the final repair option. He quickly got my system up and running and set up an appointment with an estimator to look at the cost to replace my current system as it is on it's way out. I would definitely use John Henry's for any future HVAC issues

      My dump pump backup battery alarm was going off. I called and **** came out, diagnosed the issue and recommended battery replacement. We set up an install date and he was there to replace with no issues. He even recommended sump pump replacement who we will do next week. He’s a great gentleman, friendly, pleasant, and answered all my questions. He’s a rock star!

      knowledgeable & communicative--explaining what was being done and how I would be affected. They worked quietly so that I was able to work from home during the process. ****** & ****** arrived promptly at 7:30, were very courteous, and explained the new system before they left.

      Very unprofessional. Charged me $274just to come out mf didn’t do there job right. Tried to get me to get a whole new unit when I didn’t need one. I had a second opinion and it only needed cleaned out. Be careful and don’t trust them!!

      **** at John Henry’s did an excellent job installing my electrical panel today. He arrived at my house at 9 and was finished by 3. He was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I would hire John Henry’s for all my heating, electrical and plumbing needs.

      Through inspection with appropriate recommendations for electrical upgrade. Work was done well and all options well explained.
