      ***, the Service Tech, was excellent and did a super job flushing my hot water heater. He also conducted a plumbing inspection which revealed a leaking valve in the kitchen that I had never noticed. He replace the faulty valve too.
      I am pleased with the service I received.

      I am so pleased with John Henry's. They came to replace a broken vent tube in my attic. They were friendly and explained what they were going to do. They worked quickly. I will be using this business for yearly maintenance of my heat pump and air conditioner.

      I appreciate all they do for me. G****** checked out my electrical, installed a whole house surge suppressor and put in some new bulbs in my high ceiling. He was very helpful and courteous.

      We had the need to replace our residential HVAC system. We solicited competitive bids from several companies one of which was John Henry’s. All three submitted bids but Jon Becker from John Henry’s was the only one to sit down and ask how he could improve upon our comfort. He then put together options and accessories available and explained the differences in performance and pricing. Comparing cost, value, reliability and warranty we selected John Henry’s bid. Four days later our system was installed by technicians Reese and Chase. These young men were very prompt and diligent in removing the old equipment and installing the new. It was quite obvious they were well trained and knowledgeable in their craft.
      From my first phone call through installation of our system John Henry’s staff was very prompt and responsive in keeping us informed. Their customer service is great and we are very pleased with the product and service we purchased.
