      This is the worse dental plan I have ever had in my life. Ameritas do not pay on anything. They pay $25 on cleaning. Nothing on X-rays, nothing on crowns, nothing on implants, just nothing.. I pay my premiums every month so I have paid them more money than they have paid to my dental care. They system dont have to do anything about these rip offs but I will. MetLife was the best or Cigna so I will be going back to one of them. Sucks!!!!

      Because when it comes to customer service they are awful, I have been getting the run around for months on canceling life insurance and they will put me on a short hold and then hang up…

      Absolute joke! I signed up and called my dentist asking if they were in network they said yes. Ameritas confirmed to me that my cleaning would be covered 100%.. of their "allowed" amount.. which was $12!! I asked what dentist I can go to for $12 and it was silence! I've spent 2 weeks just trying to cancel this insurance!

      I signed up with Ameritas dental Ins. On July 2022 and I do have Medicare and Medicaid I told the sale representative at Ameritas Ins. That I need to get A denture implant very soon. He said perfect! And I started to make planed with my local dentist and aquifer appointment with my local Dentist on 03/06/2023. On 02/18/2022 I’ve stopped by my Dentist office to filled out the paperwork’s they informed me that Ameritas had canceled my policy on 09/30/2022. I was In shocked because they just took the money out of my bank that day, so I went out to my car and called Ameritas Ins. Around 2:00 pm. Nobody answer the phone I’ve set in my car for 2 hours, so I ve got frustrated and went home and continued to called them by 7:30 that night someone finally answered the phone. So I asked why was my policy cancelled? She doesn’t know and still takes money from my bank account. And I so are we good so I can go on with implant? She no I have to wait till 10/30/2023 a year after my policy was reinstated! I got so angry I told the lady cancel my membership right now! She wanted to know why? You guys are a poor performance, you don’t communicate you changed my policy numbers three times! This unacceptable! On 03/5/2023 I received a letter from Ameritas saying my policy will be terminated on March 17.2023! This Company is a crooks! I won be having the dental implant now!! Thank you Ameritas.

      Worst dental insurance you could ever have, I do dental insurance claims all day long, and they’re just horrible at paying for their part, and no one looks at the X-rays or reads the notes, everyone is confused about what’s going in the claim, avoid this insurance!!!!!!!

      I am trying to get my husbands life insurance. It's been 6 months and still no payment! We've had the policy for over 60 years and paid on it regularly! I've mailed in all the necessary documents!

      I would like to pay off all his funeral expenses and get him a nice grave marker being the reason we took out the policy!

      This is very upsetting to me!

      Any help would be greatly appreciated!

      I have been with Ameritas Dental Network for a number of years. I have a supplemental dental policy. Although Ameritas has a good BBB rating, I would give it a 1 star. As of now I cannot get any information about my current policy on a claim payment owed me. My dentist appointment was Dec. 13 with a claim for oral surgery. I cannot access my account policy *********** online

      I have received nothing by mail but I pay a monthly premium monthly. All the phone numbers on my card and phone numbers listed for Ameritas result is severely long waiting periods with music and a recording "We will be with you soon." I definitely would not recommend Ameritas for dental insurance.

      It is NOT fair for patients to pay dental insurance every month, and NOT received the coverage for procedures that are really needed. In *******, everything is different. The reality is, that insurances are allow to do that. If they don't cover the services my husband received today, I will ?? stop wasting my money. Because I think is useless and my money matters ?? Have a wonderful.day!!!

      This is the worst insurance company I've been with!! I was guided to ameritas for dental insurance, I was told by my primary insurance company that if I went with Amaritas for dental insurance that they would help pay for my dental procedures that very day this has been over a year now and my dental company sent the bill twice and faxed twice the billing for my procedures ameritas did nothing and they continue to do nothing now I am in debt for over $3,000. I had to up my Care credit card in order to ensure my own dental procedures and I am stuck now with all of billing through this ameritas company. This company does does nothing but take your monthly payments!! I highly disapprove of giving any pi positive remarks to this said company. It is absolutely bogus and they run you around saying they never received the bill from my dentist. Ameritas told my dentist office that they had a year to file the claim. My dentist office told me they filed my paperwork the day of my procedure along with three other times since then, so I'm stuck now in debt over three grand absolutely cannot stand that company. I am on disability and am chasing this credit card debt to pay it down. I will and would never refer anyone to this company!!
