We had our car in for service at Duteau Chevrolet in Lincoln and the inside back panel was removed but not replaced. Service dept claims it was never there, but it was. These guys are the only ones who have ever worked on it. No one mentioned looking at cameras to see if it was removed, just assumed we were lying. If you are planning to go in for service, make sure you take pictures inside and out before you go in and ask if they have cameras in the service department. Best case it was a misunderstanding and the part was misplaced, worst case, they have an employee using it as a personal chop shop. Either way, we were treated like liars and came home with parts missing. After treating us like dirty liars, they offered to install a new one but they never wanted us to ever come back. Truth is, we don't trust them enough to bring the car back for the part. Who knows though, you could get lucky and come home with part from some other car like we did the time before. We returned it, but they said they weren't missing any parts. Sloppy at best.
