I requested a credit line increase months ago, I was told I had to wait until 8/14/22 before I could request it so I did. The system automatically increased it by 450 which isn't enough. When I called in I was told that now I must wait till 12/12/22 before I could request an increase. The person I spoke to in the credit dept; interrogated me on how I got transferred to her dept.; instead of her resolving my issue and she rushed me off the phone as if I was interrupting her. I'm blown my account has been in excellent standing. I didn't get the results I wanted and I received horrible service. I've gotten conflicting information and your customer service associates are the worst. Regards, Regina T

I did a balance transfer from my prior credit card company. I thought it had been done until I got a call from the old credit card's collections department saying I still had a balance with them. The original check has been stop paid and supposedly a new check will.be sent to clear my account. In the meantime, I have past due and late charges. I requested the balance transfer fee be waived due to it not being done correctly but I was told that wouldn't happen by the representative as well as the supervisor. I have only had this card for a few months but not sure I will have it much longer

Got a credit card offer in the mail from fnbo (First National Bank of Omaha.) Went through the time and trouble to get the card because it offered a $300 sign up bonus. When I received the card, no bonus! I spoke with a representative from fnbo who said that if I fax a copy of the original offer to them they would look into it. By this time, I have thrown the offer away. Was counting on that money. Will never do business with fnbo.

I never agreed to have an a credit card opened in my name, my account was automatically transferred from another company. I never received cards or a statement until there was a past due notice. My charges from my previous card transferred over but the autopay did not. I called and waited on hold for about 45 minutes to pay my bill and request the information I needed for online banking so I wouldn't have to call to pay my bill again, I was told that I needed to have a card to do that and that cards would be sent. I did not receive anything until I had a statement for reoccurring charges ($10). I called and waited on hold(45 minutes) to pay the bill and close the account. I have now received ANOTHER bill (after closing my account) for a $1.75 minimum interest charge, if I don't wait on hold for, most likely another 45 minutes, to make a $1.75 charge that I shouldn't have received in the first place because my account in closed I'll be charged another $40. These practices are predatory and I never agreed to bank with this company.

I have a high credit score. Always get approved automatically for credit cards. Bought **** and applied for the **** rewards card. They pended my application, then requested a signed original copy of my social security card, a copy of my driver's license and 2 years worth of W2. What kind of antiquated customer verification is this? I escalated to a manager who was happy to terminate my application. If this is any indication of how they do business, stay away!!!

I called the number listed in the Business Comment - the people that answered had no clue about what to do - looks like it's an outdated number, so they were not able to help - I tried, but it reinforces that this company is NOT interested in making things right. Stay far away!
