      Insurance fraud occurs here I had full coverage and they still added there own cpi insurance causing my loan to increase because they don’t like when you pay your loans off fast so I came up with the amount I owe before they added insurance and I have been fighting to pay my loan off but they keep charging unexplainable fees every change they get I wish they would just let me pay the balance I owe but nope looks like I have to get a lawyer and sue them I would never want to do business with them again after being with them since 2017 faithfully… it’s stressful there’s other banks that would treat you better and not be this hard to let you pay your loan off early and everyone you talk to it’s no different you can’t resolve the issue so I hope there ready for court

      Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI) is added when continuous comprehensive and collision coverage cannot be verified. Refunds can be issued when a borrower has had continuous coverage and can provide documentation. Partial refunds can be issued if there were lapses in coverage.
