      They took over Zipline Express Carwash here in Riverside, CA.. I was never notified of the change by either Zipline Express or Rocket Carwash. However they had no problem charging my credit card twice a month at twentythreedollars and ninetyfive cents for unlimited washes. I called today Oct 2 to request a cancellation and they couldn't even find my information after numerous emails to their support emai lnotifying them of me being double charged for August and September of this year. I first spoke with Helena who recently just started working for this company, (poor girl, she's in for a rude awakening!) and after going around and around, I then spoke with a manager named Dill, like the pickle. He says that once they are able to connect with Zipline Express's computers and transfer the data from their computers to Rocket Carwash's computer they will be able to grants everyone's requests for cancellation. From the complaints I see on Yelp and BBB's F rating of this company, it looks like everyone who has ever dealt with Rocket Carwash has regretted that decision. Now I have to call Chase Bank to put a block against Rocket Carwash, Horrible company!!!

      Rocket Carwash in Loma Linda California This business takes no accountability for their faulty machinery and will give every excuse in the book not to fix what is clear to be their fault! The claims adjuster just talks in circles but will not listen to the facts no matter what you say or what proof you have they will deny their own wrong doing! I am disabled and it’s hard for me to get around as is… My car was in excellent condition before I visited this establishment now I’m having to look for repair shops taking money I do not have out my pocket & Customer service is impossible to get through to and no help! I will be contacting the BBB MY INSURANCE & CORPORATE… BAD BUSINESS!

      This business is EXTREMELY crooked!!! When you try to cancel your membership, you have to call an 800 number and you have to wait on hold for close to an hour!!!! This is s***** business practices!!! I canceled my membership ship 3 months ago and I'm still being charged!!!! Rocket Carwash, you all are crooks!!!! You should be ashamed of yourself. TERRIBLE customer service

      Terrible servicd.. I bought a month subscription in Aug. 22.. canceled it after the month before the next renewal date. I was charged for September, i called they apologized and said they wouos take care of it, I am still getting charged , got charged for Oct. Nov, Dec. So frustrating, no one will fix this when I call.. its unfortunate because I really did like the wash it gave

      Rocket Carwash- On Dec 2nd, I decided to try this new Carwash in Lincoln NE at *************. I tried to give the attendant cash for the one car wash..He stated he needed a credit card. Looking at the receipts when I got home, I found out I was supposedly signed up for a monthly membership. I never said I wanted a membership. And the attendant never asked if I wanted a monthly membership. There was a phone number to call to cancel the membership. I called to cancel and asked the person if all the Rocket Carwashes did not take cash. She said they don't take cash for a one time car wash. This means they want your credit card number to sign you up for a membership,. They do not deserve a 1 star rating, but that seems to be the only way to leave a review.
