      I called Centris asking for assistance in filing a chargeback for merchandise not received. The goods not received are from the website Yeezy.com and the transaction occurred 2/14/24 for $37.46 and was charged to my VISA debit card. I called Centris on 1/7/24 at 402-334-7000 and spoke with one of their representatives. The representative advised that he spoke with his manager and denied my request to file a chargeback stating it has been over the 120-day limit. I do understand that the transaction is over 120 days, however, here is the verbiage directly from VISA on why I feel this chargeback should have been filed for Reason Code 30 "Services not provided or Merchandise not received":

      "A Chargeback must be processed no later than either:

      ? 120 calendar days from the Transaction Processing Date

      OR

      ? If the merchandise or services were to be provided after the Transaction Processing Date, 120 calendar days from the last date that the Cardholder expected to receive the merchandise or services or the date that the Cardholder was first made aware that the merchandise or services would not be provided, not to exceed 540 calendar days from the Transaction Processing Date."

      I was just recently made aware from the vendor that the product would not be provided. So, I feel this is a valid reason to file a chargeback within the 540-calendar day limit as stated by VISA.

      Ultimately, I would like this chargeback filed by Centris and an apology for giving me the incorrect information and not filing this chargeback when I requested even though I provided all this information over the phone.

      I filed a dispute for theft. I explained that the package may have been stolen. I had police come out and do forensics. I was never asked for any of this information. I called back around 11/27 and was told the claim was closed and approved in my favor. All credits were final. Today I was recharged. I was told the Centris did not file my claim correctly and my claim was denied. I was told they are refusing to open my claim. I was given false information and then told that they will not assist me with correcting the situation

      Centris consistently charges unreasonable overdraft fees. I was one that was in the prior class action suit. I had been advised after that suit that my OD protection was $500 - fine, that was ok. Sometime between that advice and a few months ago, without permission, they upped that to $1400.00. I called and was advised they “sent a letter” about the increase-I never received a letter. I asked if they didn’t need my permission or signature, they said no, and I’d have to sign a form (ironic) to have it lowered. I asked to have said form sent - never received it. Now, again without my consent or notification from CFCU, they’ve taken over $400 OVER the $1400 that I also didn’t consent to. I’ve notified CFCU that I’d like an explanation and reversal of all charges over their previously unauthorized amount of $1400. Also advised I was contacting you. This is ridiculous! They’re also charging OD fees on “pending” charges that usually are not actually ever charged, but do they refund the fee? Absolutely not. Times are hard and we are a 1 income home since I lost my job 2+ years ago. And luckily my spouse earns enough that even if we got to the.$1400 we could be ok until the next paycheck. But this!! Going over the amount that I was advised of, without my knowledge, again, has got to stop. I accept my accountability in this but CFCU needs to be held accountable, again, as well. I know I’m not the only one. Thank you for your time. I await your response.

      I am rejecting this response because: Centris did not advise of an increase from $1500 to $1700 as an overdraft limit. Centris never sent letter copy requests I made in spring of 2024. Centris failed to send documents requested to limit the overdraft amount on the account. Centris’ response is not sufficient to make corrections to their errors on this. If it is required that I sign a document to lower my limit, as well as I needed to sign a document after the last class action to start the overdraft on the account to which they ended up settling, why do I need to accept a “letter” notification without a signed consent to raise the amount. Centris needs to fix this.

I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The Federal Trade Commission, which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on his/her credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act.

      In April i reported identity theft. From what I learned. They should have investigated. Took me seriously. But what they did do is collected my Id. They did have it. Victims don't know what to do. They professionals they should have asked me for affidavit police report etc. time passes I go. Back and I hand to ask for loan documents. To help me prove myself. Only then they wanted affidavit.but only wanted my signature. I seen several signatures on computer the first time there that why I wanted all documents.all this is goin on in October. Now papers they gave me so small hard to read. And I only seen two signatures that didn't even match each other let alone mine. So was there more signatures that were kept Freon from me. Well they seen I wasn't accepting the debt. And said my signatures had the same atributes as on Loan. They themselves investigated there is no incentive for them to find me innocent. I asked for copy of investigation and refused me. Upon having to strain my eyes I noticed in loan app my signatures missing from important boxes ie. artrubation clause buyers contract and my drivers license number blank and straight up lies on app that if they would have verified they would have known fraudulent that is a serious crime loan app fraud also when and where did I fill this out because I'd never. Been in Centris before and I know I did sit at a dealership goin through the motions of applying. After them questions to them they threatened me with police several Times this last time they said Amanda the boss again threatened me with sheriffs said filling a Replevins where a cops can bust up ur houses. Only now that I Stand Up for My Rights they put the car in repo yes I have it because my ex committed fraud they said it's in my name and I could take it my plan was for the police or union find me innocent ie videos.device ids ip address emails who they call for communication etc. if I report fraud they should have not hit my credit report failed me again

      This is a formal complaint against Centris Federal Credit Union ********************. This company has repeatedly violated my consumer rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act as well as the Fair Credit Billing Act and has caused me much unnecessary financial AND mental distress. For starters, they're reporting an erroneous & unverifiable account on my credit report and not to mention an account in which I've asked for proof of claim and in which they have not been able to provide, per the FCRA & FCBA. Despite my efforts to resolve this unfortunate nightmare for several months now, Centris Federal Credit Union has completely ignored my communications and legal submissions to remove this inaccurate information from my credit report. *************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** This company's unprofessional & negligent behavior has caused lots of serious harm, not only to my ability to establish credit & good interest rates, but also to my character as a Professional and as an individual. Please help me, ****************************************** to put a stop to the operation of these unethical & immoral business practices immediately. I sincerely appreciate your time and assistance in this matter and hope to hear from you very soon.

      As previously stated, this company is reporting erroneous, derogatory information about me which is killing my credit & my Professional image. They've refused to send any proof of their claim because they have none since this account has never even existed. Therefore, my only wish is to have them permanently remove the inaccuracies that I've disputed from my credit file immediately.
