      To Whom It May Concern,

      I regret to report my disappointing experience with Today's Dental. The Millard branch has proven to be extremely difficult to work with, as they have failed honor the payment plan we agreed upon. Not only that, but the staff members have displayed a condescending and rude attitude, making the situation even more unpleasant.

      In my interactions with Today's Dental, I have found their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to accommodate customer needs alarming. Their behavior has been discourteous and unhelpful, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a patient.

      I would caution others to exercise caution when considering Today's Dental for their dental care needs, as my experience has been marred by their poor customer service and failure to uphold their commitments.

      We have reviewed the file for Mr. Menjivar and cannot see any record of a payment plan being necessary for money owed. Mr. Menjivar was seen at our office last in 2022. If there is an issue from back then, we welcome any further detail Mr. Menjivar would be able to provide so that we can rectify the situation as best we can.
