      I like the doctor that I am seeing Advanced dermatology he’s done a very good job but trying to get an appointment to get into that place is impossible they will never answer their phones they do not return messages if you do get lucky enough for them to return a message they call you five minutes before they close and leave a message so you can’t call them back quite the ploy so professionalism of the staff is far as dermatologists awesome professionalism of the front staff especially the ones at the front counter horrible they make excuses telling you that the phone system isn’t working right it’s a known issue they know there’s a problem and the phones don’t work blah blah blah how professional is it to know that you have patience out there trying to get a hold of you and you don’t fix your phone system?? So I can only give them two stars
