Wow what a scam! I had pretty much the same experience as the other complaints. John saw my ad elsewhere when I was trying to sell my Pettibone for $18000. He said he has a a number of interested buyers looking for what I have and led me to believe it should be worth closer to $30000. I didnt take time to research the company but went ahead and paid the $800 to get it listed. He said he will call me every week to keep me posted on whats happening. He never called 1 time! A few weeks later Dylan called me and asked "What does $32000 sound like?" I said "Go ahead and sell it." Then he told me the only way to get that was to pay an additional $1500 so he could add my listing to the auction where buyers are getting better deals on interest. He made it sound like there are some very interested buyers. Like a dummy I payed. He also promised to call me every week to keep me posted. In the following months he never called 1 time! I called him a few times to see if anything is happening and he always said hes expecting to get a bid on it just soon. I have tried to be understanding but now I am just fed up. They took nearly $2400 of my money and I have zero results. Do not list with these crooks!Pro Market Connections LLC

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. At Pro Market Connections, we strive to maintain transparency and provide quality service to all our clients. Upon reviewing your experience, I would like to address the points raised:
Valuation and Representation: Our team provides estimates based on current market trends and comparable listings. However, these are not guarantees of sale price, as final sale amounts depend on market demand and buyer interest.
Communication: Our policy is to maintain regular contact with clients, but we regret if you feel this standard was not met. We will investigate this matter internally to ensure our representatives are adhering to company expectations.
Additional Services: All auction-related services and associated fees are optional and designed to enhance the visibility of listings. These services are clearly explained, and no promises of sale are made.
Results: While we make every effort to secure a sale, success depends on market conditions and buyer activity. The investment in our services is to improve opportunities, but it does not guarantee a sale outcome.
We take allegations of dishonesty very seriously. Based on our records, all services rendered were conducted in good faith and in accordance with the terms outlined at the time of your agreement. If you have documentation or evidence suggesting otherwise, we encourage you to share it so we can address the matter thoroughly.
We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we remain available to discuss this further.Review fromSteve S

1 starI got a call from Dylan A********** about the skid steer and mulcher I had listed for sale on Machinery Trader. Just like all of the other complaints, he told me he had buyers lined up to purchase the machine. I just needed to pay $2500 to get it on the auction. Later he called and said he had special bank financing and a buyer was willing to pay more than what I was asking. He was very persuasive and I agreed to pay. Nothing from him for a month. Then he calls and tells me to send pictures of the hours and VIN # so the back could loan this 'customer' the money to purchase my machine. That was over 4 1/2 months ago. Nothing from him, even after I texted him to inquire about what was going on. This whole fake process has been going on for over 6 months. This is a scam and as you can see by the other reviews, this place makes promises that it doesn't keep. I even turned down a legitimate buyer because Dylan told me his buyer would pay $9,000 more than I was asking. Do not do business with this outfit. They will take your money and you won't see anything in return.Review fromChristopher D

False inflated promises. They got me for $600+ and were trying for another $1500. I did not take the bait the second time around. They are making guaranties of having buyers lined up and require more money to be put in front of the buyers, blah blah blah. Save your time and your money. Definitely borderline criminal behavior if not full on criminal…Pro Market Connections LLC

Dear Andre,
We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our services. At Pro Market Connections, our primary goal is to help our clients achieve the best possible results with their advertising efforts.
When we offered you the option to upgrade your advertising package, it was with the intent of enhancing the traction your ads were getting online. This suggestion was purely to provide you with additional opportunities to reach your target audience more effectively. We understand that every business has budget considerations, and we fully respect your decision not to opt for additional marketing services.
It is important to clarify that our team continued to work diligently on the ads you had already paid for, ensuring that you received the service you initially contracted. At no point did we cease our efforts or reduce the quality of our work.
Regarding your accusation of scamming and the threats to leave negative reviews unless you received free additional marketing, we found this situation challenging. Our commitment is to fairness and integrity, and while we value customer feedback, we also must stand by our principles and business practices. Offering services for free, especially under threats, undermines the trust and balance we strive to maintain with all our clients.
We hope this explanation provides clarity and a better understanding of our position. We remain committed to supporting our clients and helping them achieve their marketing goals in the most ethical manner possible.

This company is definitely very shady.
I was.
Contacted by Lilly through kajiji., I had my baler up for sale .l was told that they were looking for that particular model and they had a lot of buyers lined up for over asking
Price because it was year end before tax season. So they had lots Of interest in my baler. I was told it be a quick sale, but they needed $859 US to put up my add on auction that was December 5th. I followed the auction for a few months and my bailer never even got a decent bid on.
ITried getting in contact with lilly again with no luck... Phone call after phone call. Text message after text message. 5 months later I hear back from Dylan saying he's got a buyer for my Baler But needs an extra $1000 to put it in a different dealer auction. Due to high interest rates. I told him I wasn't giving him another penny. I was told by Dylan. It will stay on auction but it probably won't sell.
He blew me off, he is very unprofessional. so I wanted my money back.
He told me he couldn't do that. The only thing he could do. If I give a $1000 to guarantee me a sale in the Dealer.auction. Starting to feel like I've got scam just like everybody else.
On this review. So I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and also filed a complaint with kajiji. I will be Copying and pasting this review on Facebook.and kajji and other Auction sites So other
People don't fall for this scam.Pro Market Connections LLC

I had a 60 year old car to sell and had been contacted by Pro Market Connections some time earlier. I contacted them and decided to go with them. Mine was a car that while old, was not one of the "classics". It was 95% restored and had done well in several of the shows in which I had entered it. I had a good friend who told me list the car with a price that I thought it was worth not what I thought they were bringing. That turned out to be great advice but I was told many times that I would never see it bring that much. It took a while but I ended up selling it for nearly what I thought it was worth. I'm very happy with them.Pro Market Connections LLC

Regardless of what anyone says good about this company...they are a total scam. Here are the absolute facts: Dylan Abercombie called me about a Bobcat E32R (I had listed originally with Pro Market Connections for $515) saying because of the high interest rates they had found a way to get people approved using a leasing method that would be down around 4%. He told me he had (4) qualified buyers that would be interested in purchasing my E32R, but I would need to run it through pmcauctions for an entry price of $2,500 plus a $75 Service fee...It was a total scam...stupid me for not going the BBB to look for referrals on this company. I called Dylan on 01.05.24 and stated I would like one-half of the money I paid refunded...I would pay for the 1/2 since I was stupid and did not do my homework on Pro Market Connections. I have heard from no one...I gave them 30-days to make it right. You will not find complaints on their Pro Connection Website as they have incredibly talented people that know how to circumvent the complaints. I plan to copy and repost this same message on their website...let us see if it stays. Regardless of what you read that others have posted, for me, this was a total scam that they had no interest in making right. As dishonest as they are on their website, I would believe anything positive on this post is a lie.Pro Market Connections LLC
