      This company conducted inaccurate background checks. They found information on places that people have never set foot in and failed to find information on places where they did live. Their terms and conditions state they can basically charge you for anything and everything they want but all that information is in different places so it's hard to see it all when ordering checks. They will dig up as far back as they can until they are satisfied with how much they end up charging you. Was forced to do business with them. Will never again.

As discussed the organization you were doing work for does require a specific background check prior to accessing their facility, which does include a name and address trace back seven years. Hopefully, the explanation of the background check and how information is obtained helps in understanding the process.       The background checks went back far longer than 7 years. They had to have gone back 20 years for some of the information that was relayed to me over the phone. One service agent told me "at least" 7 years. Another said "We dig up all we can". If they are going to automatically go as far back as possible then why even have the line "trace back 7 years". Any normal person interprets that as "up to 7 years" seeing as any other background check company will say "10 years" and then only go back 10 years. Not "at least" 10 years, only 10 years.

      I reject the explanations of some of the reasons the names showed up where I was told they did.

      I have an email stating that the cost would be $65 for the account set up, $15 per badge, and $50 per background check. The website where the background checks were ordered said the exact same thing.

      I am also angry over the fact a service rep told me to get background checks done before we set up the account and then we were told "no we do our own". That was $180 worth of background checks I had done before I even signed the paperwork for an account. It was only after signing up I was told they can't be used. They were background checks from a certified FBI approved company. They should have been usable.

      This company went far above and beyond a miscommunication at the start. I'm out around $500 extra due to all this.

      It has been a month and I have yet to see a refund check.

      I am not concerned however. As I explained to the last representative I talked to I had already been reimbursed the fees through other means before being offered a refund by you guys.
