      carlson restortation did the repair work when I had water damage on my basement they threw away my trim and put up what whatever , they said they could not match it , but I went to kellies and paid to have the up and down stairs match I have the same trim trough out the house and it is cheap and looks terrible I told ******** and ******* *f they threw it away I wanted it replaced , I cannot get a hold of ******** his mail box is full and when I called the office they said he was there and would return my call the insurance adjustor said they have nothing to do with it they were the ones that gave me carlsons name to contact for my water claim on my basement I don't understand why I have spent on this money for insurance coverage and I am they one doing everything , why did they trow the trim away I should have been able to pick something else like I did with the carpent and flooring I was never given this info and now I am sick of looking at what they put up it looks terrible they should of fixed it immediately and I have been ignored

      If ******* is not going to fix the trim I am going to find someone else to fix the trim and ******* can pay me , *******s said they could not find find the stain but I bought it the project manager  should of discussed this with me , I had to communicate with their translator phone  I don't know why ******** hs not returned my calls
