    There were many issues with the services that were performed by Paul Davis through their subcontractors. To start, there was work done to the interior to replace all of the windows that were requested to replace. I had to tell the installers that one of the windows was crooked. They did fix it, or at least I think they did. I also mentioned that they did not install the weather stripping. I did not see it under the windows. By the time I got home the next day the windows were framed and siding was covering the windows so I don't really know if it was ever installed per the manufacturer's specs. When they did the rework interior paint after the windows were installed, they painted over the spackle without first using a primer which led to the paint looking terrible. There was some damage done to the windows - mainly the screens - which was another fiasco because they did not believe me or want to replace them. They eventually did - 6 months later. When they were installing the siding, they damaged some of the siding and there were a bunch of jagged edges like a 2 year old took scissors to it - just being honest. I told them to fix the ding an they just covered it with another piece of siding. It still looks tacky but they made it seem like they could not do it any other way. Then, I had asked them about installing new exterior lights in place of the old exterior lights and I was told "no" by the project manager. His manager called me and told me that they could and would do it. After the siding was installed, I noticed that the gable was installed upside down. It just so happened that we were supposed to get rain that night and DID get a lot of rain that night. They fixed that the following day. I'm sure there was some water damage from that. After this was all said and done I looked at my downspouts that were replaced only to realize that there were holes in them and they were dented. There was also a downspout that was crooked. Running out of room. Need to say more

    They just asked me to sign a Certificate of Satisfaction. They really pressured me to sign this... I went ahead and signed it but that still does not negate the struggles that I had throughout this entire process.
