    EP ON LEAKING. HAVE REPORTED FOR SO MANY TIMES AND COME TO FIX. BUT STILL LEAKING WHEN THERE IS A RAIN. LAST TIME TO FIX IT WAS IN MARCH. NOW IT'S LEAKING AGAIN. NOW THEY TOLD ME THAT LAST TIME TO FIX IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY. THE FIX PROBLEM IS THEIR RE-ROOF AREA. NOW DO NOT WANT TO COME FIX UNLESS TO PAY THE BILL. THE WARRANTY IS CLEARLY STATED FOR 50 YEARS. THEY ARE TRYING TO COLLECT MONEY EVERY TIME IF THERE'S A LEAK. THIS IS 100% AGAINST THEIR WARRANTY AGREEMENT.

    This customer only paid for a partial roof repair, and the leaking is coming from an area that we did not seal. We strive to do our best, and have visited the roof multiple times to try and help, but the problems are coming from an unsealed area that needs further work and would require payment to proceed.
