Recently had EverSeal work on our 30,000+ sq ft warehouse/office space. They did an amazing job eliminating all the leaks and roof problems we were dealing with for so long. The crew was very hard working, day in and day out. Especially the foreman Diego L. He constantly kept us updated with pictures & videos of their work, along with keeping us in the loop of the project’s timeline. He also went above and beyond checking for any leaks inside our warehouse as they completed section by section up top on the roof. Would definitely recommend their work to anyone dealing with roof issues.EverSeal Roofing

Excellent crew- very professional. The job took longer than expected due to us having a crappier than normal roof, and they didn't flinch. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

In March after rough rains for Arizona, our entry way caved in. Over the course of 1 week and a half ever seal came out and redid our entire roof. Move forward to December and one day of rain, a leak sprung in our office. Now it may have been due to the holidays, but it took two weeks to get someone out to look at it and they did fix the outside right way, but will not even touch the inside as they are stating the the hole RIGHT ABOVE the leak is not their fault as it's due to building shifting. We were under the impression that a new roof would prevent leaks and a bubble in the ceiling about 1 foot wide wouldn't be a possibility given that we spent $30K on a brand new roof with a 50 year warranty. The company won't take any responsibility for the inside even after acknowledging that the hole in the roof is directly above the leak.EverSeal Roofing

5 starsI truly cannot say enough about my experience with EverSeal as they went above and beyond since I was trying to get everything in order for an inspection and switching homeowners insurance. From start to finish everyone is professional and understanding to the customers individual needs. (in other words you're not just another number) I must say that Sean ******** and Christine ******* go that extra mile to make sure everything comes together in a timely manner. Then when everything is in place, before I knew it I had Mike ******** and his crew over to do the job. They call ahead and arrive on time. They get everything completed in 2 days and did a wonderful job. The crew is so polite and so respectful of property, and are very meticulous with the work and are dedicated to doing a excellent job the first time.
I want to point out as I feel it bears mentioning....I had the most rigorous test on my new roof, because it was completed Nov. 4th and on Nov. 8, 9 and 10th it stood up beautifully to a Cat 1 hurricane Nicole. 🌻I am totally impressed with EverSeal and it's team and if you have a flat roof I highly recommend this company. 5 starsFantastic Product. Instead of having to rip off a roof and replace it (essentially closing the business) you can simply apply Everseal over the existing (leaky) roof and it becomes permanently sealed with a 50 year guarantee.
