    Precision Garage Door installed a new garage door and opener on October 18, 2024. They provided the door and installed an opener that I had purchased. One of the panels on the door had some damage. I was assured that this panel would be replaced. It has not been replaced.

    I am now experiencing a failure of the garage door opener and have made six phone calls to Precision Door to request a service call. All I get is their voice mail and they have not tried to return my calls.

    To resolve this we offer to replace the damaged garage door panel which has already been ordered at no charge to the customer. I have already talked to the customer about this and will be contacting her to schedule this. We are sorry for the delay.

    Additionally, I talked to the customer on 2-24-25, the customer said the chamberlain operator she bought and we installed had been working fine but after she had some electrical wiring done in the garage it stop working correctly. To resolve this we offer to have a technician go to the customer's house at no charge and evaluate the operator at no charge and see if it can be repaired.

    Additionally, to resolve the customer not being able to reach us timely, I gave the customer an office phone number to use 4***********
