    We got springs installed by Precision garage door company. The technician Sean was very rude and push us to get a new door. We know our door is older but we are not ready yet to get a new door. When I called the company- I was told that they don’t charge for labor but the charge was included in the invoice.
    I spoke with Debbie and she changed the warranty for springs .. Why we need limited (?) lifetime warranty for springs for older door?
    In a few days after installation the door began to make extremely strong noise that even our neighbors noticed being inside their house. I called another door company for a second opinion.
    They did some adjustments to the door and mentioned that wrong size of springs have been installed.
    I understand we have a choice to select a company but when your garage door is not working and you need to get to work early - it seems not too much choices available.
    I don’t recommend this company and I am not appreciate their customer service

Your garage door failed the safety inspection and we are sorry you misunderstood the technician's enthusiasm about the necessity of replacing your garage door with a new one. Concerning the repair it is understood many times you asked the technician for a discount on the repair to get the garage door functional and he explained there were no discounts, he even offered to leave and there would be no charge. So to clarify as a courtesy and resolution you were given a longer warranty on the parts when you called expressing your concern even though you had approved the work and cost to have work completed. We hope after reading our reply you reconsider calling us back on your future garage door needs. Thank you again for your feedback.

    Before you use this company for your garage door services ask questions before work is started, in the last two months I have had two guys come out to my residents they start working on things that I didnt give the authorization for them to do so. They have hidden charges that no one will discuss with you I talked to two schedulers about a theese charges they detail a 35.00 fuel charge and a 4 percent charge to if you are paying with debit card or credit card on top of the bill of service! I received a phone call from the manager Debbie I got no apolagie from her for the bad business ethics this company provides matter effect she just wanted to schedule another appointment with me. Debbie wouldnt laborate on theese extra fees this company charges and why when techs come out to your home they start work without authorization. I founded very rude when Debbie did call me she had me on speaker phone. I got no where with a reselution from Debbie! Be careful when using this company you will be charged a 35.00 fuel charge for them to come out to your residents and there is a 4 percent service charge for them to run your card! Its redicilus I have to pay a fuel charge when I live a mile from there business! Dont use this company take the time to shop around you will be glad you did!

    We would like to thank you for your feedback. And to be helpful would like to explain that on June 23, 2022 we had a technician go to your house to do a repair and when the work was completed you did not want to pay for the service he provided. So to resolve this matter the technician did not charge you anything.

    Then again, on August 31, 2022 you called our company again and scheduled for a technician to go to your house another time and at this time the technician gave you a FREE estimate. So you were not charged anything at this appointment either.

    To clarify and in resolving this matter our company has charged you nothing and you have paid nothing for the 6-23-22 and 8-31-22 appointments.

    If you would like to proceed with the free estimate provided to you on August 31, 2022 you can give us at call to schedule and please note payment in full will be required at time of service.

    We apologize for calling you on speaker phone and any confusion you have had.
