    The technician was friendly. He checked all wiring and cleaned the interior. He took before and after photos so we could see the rust removal of the burners. He didn’t hurry through the inspection. We scheduled our AC inspection for next spring. Very convenient.

    Carter did a very thorough inspection and tune-up of the furnace. I was very impressed with the his level of expertise, and he took the time to answer all of my questions. He did an awesome job!

    I cannot say enough good things about this company. We have had hell trying to even get a technician to show up before I found out about them. Their customer service from the moment you come into contact with them is superior to any company I have worked with in any field. They are true to their word, efficient and organized, timely and thorough. Mackenzie was friendly and accommodating, she didn't even react when I shrieked because my baby almost bumped her head on the table ??. Ethan located the problem right away, explained what was going on and looked over everything to make sure that it was functioning properly before he left. He was respectful and compassionate towards our family and wonderful to work with. I've been in customer service for twenty years and cannot tell you one time I have ever been made to feel this valued as a customer, especially as a potential customer not a returning customer. They saved us from freezing our butts off tonight, restored my faith in the field, and 100% earned a returning customer. We even signed up for a maintenance plan!! 10 stars!

    Carter was very professional!! Explained everything he was doing did an amazing assessment!! Answered all my questions and was super helpful!! I'm so very grateful to him!! Jason talked to me over the phone when I first called and walked me through the thermostat settings, answered my questions and was very understanding and helpful!! McCarthy One hour heating and cooling is such a wonderful company, listening to my concerns and sent Carter out right away!! I definitely recommend them and have so much respect for them!! This company is the best!!!  Thank you so very much!!
