5 starsHank did a great job today with our furnace and heat pump. Gave me a great recommendation and I believe I am going to be going with it on my next SERVICE appointment. Please remind me of when my next appointment will be coming up. I give Hank G. A 5 âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸Plus for his great job and expert experience with fixing the wiring problems from my last service to my heat pump outside.. I have already purchased new screws for my heat pump the next size up, due to the stripped existing now loose causing the unit to make extra noise... Cause from the removal and reinstall during service with a battery power driving drills.. Instead of tightening with a hand nut driver.. Just a strong suggestion when tightening ! May cause less stripped screws.....Review fromJanet B

5 starsMcCarthy One Hour scheduled us the same day we called in with a problem. Within 2 hours, we had a technician go over the entire system, verifying it was working properly, and they will be back in several days to continue checking to ensure it stays working properly. Good customer service is rare these days, but these guys impressed us every step of the way! I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the woman I scheduled with(probably due to my brain overheating) but she was very pleasant to work with! My house got up to 87 degrees today and I could not find someone to come out till tomorrow. Until I got ahold of this place and she got us in same day, called my landlord even faster than I could to confirm with him and she even called me to update me when our technician was on his way. She was very personable and is a wonderful representative for the company! Chris got here over an hour earlier than the window we were initially told and we could not be more thrilled, for obvious reasons. He was also very personable and he cracked us up a few times, while remaining completely professional. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in ways that are easy to understand. He did a great job, worked fast and his positivity is infectious. You can tell that he really cares about his clients and that says a lot about him and this company! And same goes for the lady I scheduled with, I wish I could remember her name!

5 starsDuring Omaha's high heat our air conditioner went out about 7:00 PM. We called McCarthy;s One Hour and within 18 hours a technician was assigned and came out. He checked the entire system, and we have a comfortable house again.Review fromJoann P
