1 starExtremely disappointed, I have been a customer since Piccolos. Never again. Customer Service staff was not helpful at all to resolve the simple request of having the service tech (Jacob) return and finish his job. I have an annual service agreement I pay for monthly. I will cancel and go with a company I can trust to do their job. The customer service rep. told me I should do the AC cleaning myself with a hose. I am physically disabled and this is why I pay to have them come 2 times annually. I asked to speak with a manager, and they have only one person there to deal with any concerns, so you will get absolutely no where trying to get a situation resolved.. kind of convenient way to keep any complaints under wraps from the owner. I would love a response from a true manager at Service One, not the "customer service" rep. who answers the phone..Review fromJane H

5 starsAlan did a fantastic job not only fixing our furnace in a timely manner but he also answered all our questions and showed us how to clean the water panel area for the humidifier. After fixing the furnace he did a maintenance check of the system. The humidifier needed help. Over the many years we've had several service calls/maintenance checks and Alan was the first to mention maintenance of the humidifier We really appreciate how thorough he was.Review fromJennifer R

1 starWe had Service One come out at the end of October to check our furnace and to check the service plan for all appliances. The tech came and inspected our furnace for about 5 minutes and told us that the heat exchanger was cracked and quoted us approximately 1400 dollars to be repaired. He showed us a picture of our cracked heat exchanger on his phone, so we asked if he would take us and show us and said no because then he would have to charge us another fee to show us. He then filled out hazardous condition paperwork and gave us the carbon copy and informed us that we could not turn it back on unless a technician came and turned it on for us. We called another company for a second opinion, and the owner came out. The tech spent at least an hour trying to find something wrong with our heat exchanger. We sat with the tech and they showed us there was no reason to have anything fixed. This other company gave our furnace a clean bill of health and we just wanted people to be aware of our experience because we almost fell for it.Review fromKaty D

Alan called ahead of time and was very professional throughout his service appointment. He is very knowledgeable about best products for my heating system. I am ready for winter now!

5 starsService One replaced our garbage disposal. The service person was running late from a previous job so they called to let us know he would be a little bit delayed which I appreciated. They always call to say they are on their way. The garbage disposal was replaced quickly and professionally.
