    Be careful if you are undergoing medical care . I wrecked a knee at work and it's taking longer than anyone wants. A" case manager" showed up unannounced at last doctor appointment and it all turned into a circus. I know now I shouldn't have allowed entrance, but I was there for medical reason and not thinking about it.
    I'm an old timer and probably should have moved on long ago but I like work. Odds are good I file a lawsuit

    9 Days since someone with this crappy insurance ran into my parked car. The other party never even reported it to his insurance. I was the one who had to file the claim, and I have been fighting to get someone to return my call ever since. Then yesterday, I get a letter in the mail from Sedgwick saying they recommend me going through my own personal insurance instead. OH, I BET THEY DO. Absolutely NOT! I will fight this tooth and nail. If I have to hire an attorney, I sure will, and I will sue for way more than the cost of my bumper. The absolute worst excuse for an insurance company I ever saw. They shouldn't even be allowed to be licensed to give insurance coverage.

    i am at the body shop after settling claim with sedgewick damage to car. directive to pay is ignored because they left wednesday at 12 until monday horrible experience all around that just continues the agents word means nothing "just send the directive to pay "after many months of losing papers unanswered phones the body shop called from 9 am trying to get payment WAY TO GO SEDGEWICK you sure know how to ruin thanksgiving for other people in addition to all the bs you put people through

    I have been trying to reach someone for the past two months. Left multiple messages no one ever calls back I’m considering getting a lawyer because it makes no sense. I brought a prepackaged sandwich from 7-eleven that had bug in it called 7-eleven and they filed a claim. The one time I spoke with someone at Sedgwick I was told I was going to receive paperwork in the mail next week it has now been three weeks. I have no idea what else to do. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

    THE WORST OF THE WORST!!!! Injured at Macy's West Farms Mall CT July 1, 2024. 14 calls and messages to an adjuster wh never calls back. I have gone to urgent care and the Doctor an d have no information on how tom pay for any of this!!! No way to contact a manager or live person!!!
    Do I have a lawyer??? wasn't going to but YES Hiring one today! July 30th after a whole month!!

    We saw a client of Sedgwick in November and December of 2023 and still have not been paid for services rendered. We have sent over the information multiple times, spoke with someone just last week who was going to submit the bill for processing finally, and were told today that we would have to resubmit everything!
    Horrible company that we will be filing a suit and bad faith claim against if not paid in the next two weeks!

    If I could rate 0 stars I would. I pity anyone who has to navigate Segwick’s nonexistent communication and useless employees. They could not have made my disability leave, which was largely instigated by stress, any more stressful. “One business day” could not have been a bigger lie. I had to call them AND message my case manager in order to have my claim closed, even though all my information was submitted three weeks prior to my return to work. I requested them to stop faxing forms to clinics that would charge me per form, and instead they kept doing so (every two weeks!) even though they said they’d stop. Twice.

    This company is so bad that every doctor I’ve seen and every coworker I’ve talked to who’s gone on leave has rolled their eyes and said “Ugh, Sedgwick.” Useless, useless, horrible company. I’m genuinely amazed that they function at all.

    If I could I would give it -200 no one knows anything to the point that I have had to email and fax documents at least 5 times with different information because they kept on changing it
