  Terrible company, poor website design, picky about forms. We as humans are in a vulnerable position and being forced to use this terrible method of verifying documents, emailing and faxing and editing documents. How is a truly sick person to do all of this? You’re telling me the doctor’s note they give you isn’t enough to substantiate a claim??? Then what is that even for? Terrible incompetent company that needs to go out of business.

  Fighting Cancer and going through the process to disability and leave with Sedgewick was a complete nightmare. Incompetent workers who don't know how to fax documents correctly to the rude and lazy examiners. If you are fighting a life threatening illness, do not expect Sedgewick to be there to help you in any way.

  I would give them less than zero if that were an option. Poor communication. Each time I talk with them on the phone, they give me a different answer. Zero consistency, and no one takes ownership. Not interested in treating you like a human - I am interacting with them because my family is in a stressful situation, and it's as if they have made it their mission to make it more stressful, not less. I sincerely hope they go out of business - they have zero customer service skills and zero compassion. I can tell they are being trained to get you off the phone as quickly as possible. On their website, you can communicate in writing; when I try that route, they do not even answer my questions. I have not seen this level of complete apathy mixed with total incompetence anywhere else in my life. My employer offers great paid leave benefits, but if I have to deal with Sedgwick again, I will do all I can to avoid it. I am making big decisions like forgoing needed surgery or not having more children to avoid dealing with this company - they are that painful to interact with.

  Jeff G****, Sedgwick Senior Claim adjuster is a thief working through this company. He is based out of Flagstaff, AZ, and will NOT pay their bills after getting the work done. They made us work as forensic engineers for damage assessments in Fort Myers and after getting our report disappeared without paying our fees. Jeff G**** the senior adjuster who signed on the assignment proposal never paid the engineering fees. So we advise all engineering firms to ask this thief, their fees upfront, or else they will never pay.

  Zero stars! Company is a total joke! Borderline illegal! I have a back injury, and need to see an orthopedic surgeon. They do not care. They dropped the ball. They are stalling and dragging their feet. Very very unprofessional. I'd recommend an attorney right away dealing with this bogus corporation.

  If I could give them zeros stars I would. I have been dealing with them the last month. I have submitted all the paperwork that they have asked for and I still won’t get approved. a leave of absence should be used when you are recovering from an illness or are ill. But instead of recovering, I have been stressing this whole time trying to make sure I’ll get approved so I don’t lose my job and trying to find the money to pay my doctors. This is ridiculous. Why can’t it be as simple as hey I am sick. Here is my doctors note. I am going home to go rest for a few days.

  Unprofessionalism.. don't care about us. I feel frauded. Games played while I was sick and needed that money I never got and now about to lose home , car, food , can't buy medicine or pay Dr appts needed, its why I got short term. In case this happened.commuication Is horrible. First advocate to 2nd 3rd 4th , lack of co.mivarions , not making sense declined with 4 who were not here for me in my time of illness and I have amazing work ethic. . Dealt with 4 and each didn't know what the other was doing They withheld my pay and still with holding it. . What's it called when out sick and have short term disability but they refuse to pay you when your sick ?! My primary put me out for 3 months. I gave over all records from all Drs and tests and it wasn't enough. , I agreed to let them have all my Records and I was sent an insulting survey and a game player I have saved . Horrible and unprofessional. Truth and proof of that will come out. Hard to recover when stressed over Dr visits I can't pay for. Meds , Dr visits , tests, bills food etc x now may lose home because I become sick with Shirt term disability. . I was put out with Covid and pneumonia for the second time in a few months . They got their intake from my primary.to be out 3 months then re-evaluate. . They harassed both my Drs with calls for records and me they had sent 4x and received. I call. No one will speak to me.. I asked.Sent and also decline showing pneumonia and had. CTA done showing the covid scars . A Declined per their Dr who never saw me , spoke to me , examined me. My pulmonary , ER Drs and pulmonary Dr knows and sent all record to Sedgwick. Declined . I paid into STD for 7 years., WHY? Can't use it. Sorry I needed it , then again, got nothing from it but two weeks out of 12 and.it was partial pay for 2 wks. I am owed back pay for the weeks I wasn't paid Covid and types mutations and variants affect people different ways. I'm not a spring chicken

  Would give a 0 minus. But there is no star for that. They are crooked and lying people. I have been injured about a year requiring sugery and they have even stopped checks.
