    I have been on a monthly payment plan for years with this company and it went well until September of this year. After that point they either skip a month or take out a random amount, significantly higher than the agreed upon bill. I would expect if they skipped a month the following month would be double, but the amount they pull out is a different amount, never with any explanation given or documentation. When I called to ask what was going on, they claimed that the bank had declined their money pull, ************** because the account always has funds and even if it didn't, it also has overdraft protection linked to another account. They also claimed they had emailed me an invoice each time, ************************************, as I have not received any billing emails.

    It's a shame the office and billing people are disorganized ***** because the lawn care service has been really good, but it is not worth using this company if you can't trust their billing or their explanation. Extremely disorganized and unethical!

    On 06/Sep2022, Elkhorn Lawn Care, was installing a IRRIGATION residential system on my neighbor home. 811 was called ahead of time and utilities were market with paint and flagged. It was after 10:00 am on the 6th when I notice my internet was no working. I called my provider and checked for any outages in my area and none. The IT said the signal was severed between the company and residents. I walk to the service box flowing the fiber Flags and saw the irrigation line ran right through my fiber-optic line. Yes the Fiber optic line was buried, located and marked paint and flag along the path. I called (Elkhorn Lawn care) and explain what happened have my info. Couple hours later the company called me back related a message, basically they aren't responsible for the damage but will reimburse after the line is fixed. Remember anytime you are digging that company or person is responsible for damages to underground utilities and lost of revenue. IMHO: Now how long will the reimbursement take? Don't know.

    Hello Mr. ****,

    We did communicate with the installation crew and your cable lines were running through the property of the job we were working on. The technicians noticed after severing and contacted our client and they did not have any disruption. Without knowing whose line it was, we were unable to communicate with the appropriate party.

    Although we have the utilities marked, we do not know whose account is tied to the service as most of the time, neighbor's lines are not going through our client's property. The line was also 1/2" under the sod so we were unable to notice when slowly putting a shovel into the ground.

    As per the reimbursement. We cannot send you payment to repay the invoice until we know the amount. This is why we requested the fix-it receipt first before issuing payment.

    All we asked for was time to collect all the information and the receipt of the invoice from the utility company.

    Did the installation crew had the 811 Tickets as they are required to because it states who are the utilities responding with contact information. The ticket will state *********** as the fiber-optic line.

    Cable lines will run through private lots as well County property. To say most of the time utilities lines don't run through neighbors properties is just bad work ethic.

    As to the depth of the line it doesn't mater. Especially when the line was visible on the surface then going under the sod.

    Not just the cost to replace the fiber-optic line as well my loss of income!

    Hired the Lawn Care and Sprinkler system turn on and off of the season. Price for Sprinkler turn on was supposed to be $79, when the individual came out, he did not provide me any sort of estimate, have me look over any type of extra charges that may be assessed, turned the system on and left. Next I seen there was an invoice and a bank withdrawal for over $300. My lawn care service has also been inconsistent and the billing/withdrawals have been terrible. I received a withdrawal on June 29th for $220, a withdrawal on July 29th for $220, a withdrawal on August 3rd for $110 and on August 8th I decided to cancel and then received a withdrawal immediately following that phone call for another $165, since July 29th, the company has withdrawn $495 from my account. The service was terrible, the invoices are inconsistent and between the overcharged sprinkler turn on without getting my approval and the inconsistent deductions, I would never recommend this company!!

    As you shared in your review, we did not do a great job, and for this, we do apologize. We understand you're feeling disappointed about being billed
    three times in a week for services. Unfortunately, the subcontractor we used for mowing in your area did not provide statements to us promptly, causing a ripple effect in the billing. Due to this, we have severed ties with that company.

    The sprinkler estimate we sent in April states our pricing. Our technician does not know what repairs are needed until the full inspection is done. The additional charges were for the parts that were used, and the extra time he was at your home. We were unaware that you were unhappy with your bill until you called on Monday.
