I had the same experience. A truck that was listed with them for over a year. They called and asked for money twice. They say the are BBB A rated, but they are not registered. I had a guy tell me that he has an 89% sell rate and could get my unit sold if I trusted him. That was 6 months ago. They are hard to get a hold of and harder to get information. I was even told the truck was sold, and they did not get back to me. Don't wasted your time with these guys. Go to Ritchie Brothers/Iron Planet. Sold within two weeks.

It's one of the biggest scams going. I've been lied to by three different people at that organization, and I use the word organization loosely. My first call was, "I just sold a truck just like your 2023 49X last week for about the same price, and I believe I can sell it for you, if you give me a chance". So, I listed two trucks with them because she sounded like she had buyer waiting. About a month later, I was contacted by another person at the company saying, "I want to move your trucks to another platform; I want to put them on eBay, and I believe he can get them sold through live auction". And, of course, he wanted more money and was very apologetic. It's been over 6 months since my first call. I've only "heard" one decent offer who apparently was told he would have to offer more. When I called back, I asked them to tell that person I would take the offer for a few thousand more. Guess what? I haven't heard anything from them until today. Today, I received a call from another representative saying, "I have 7 buyers who are interested in your truck, and I believe I can get it sold". The catch is I relisted my truck on Truck Paper, which is where they poach. This new person had no idea that the truck she is attempting to poach is and has already been listed with The Registry for over 6 months. So, I asked, "who are these people?". That was after she stuck to her story. It was then that I explained my painful experience with her company. I also explained that I called 3 times in the past few weeks, and no one has returned my calls. That's when we "mysteriously" got disconnected.The Registry LLC

I agree with Nathan D’s review. They claim they have several interested buyers but once you pay their advertising fee you don’t hear anything from them. I have a listing with them and paid $525. Rep months later I get a call telling me they have buyers lined up and the fee is $300 to advertise. I asked if there were other RVs of my type on the list and they replied no, I would be the only one. Hmmm what happened to my original listing??? They use lies to get you to advertise with them.The Registry LLC

Since my original complaint, I received a call from Lucy, claiming to be an owner of the company, asking me to withdraw my complaint. I explained that on 2 Feb I received a call from one of their salespersons asking me to advertise with them as stated in my original complaint. Today I received a call from Nick L**** (************) trying to get me to spend an additional $549 so they can advertise my unit on Ebay. I was told that my initial fee of $525 covered all advertising. Apparently not! Anyway, I can advertise on Ebay myself and not pay an upfront fee. He also said my unit was the only one. I then informed him that my unit is supposed to be being advertised by the Registry. Same storyline. I have buyers lined up. They suddenly disappear once you hand over more advertising dollars. I think this is called "deceptive business practices."The Registry LLC

I continue to get calls from salespeople at the Registry LLC wanting me to advertise with them because "they have buyers already lined up wanting my unit." Then why don't you sell my unit as I am already advertising with you??? The Registry LLC may not be a scam but its practices are very deceptive and the word "honesty" is something they haven't heard of. Stop calling me with another BS story to get me to advertise when I already do!Review fromjames n
