    1-31-23 I requested 2 movers for wahoo at my home for 3/4/23, I paid $*** for hours and $** for the trip charge via *****. Then the following week I called to cancel the appointment as my moving date changed due to my house closing date change and I no longer needed the service. I called the owner he said no problem I will get you a refund. Never recieved it. So I sent a ***** message on 2/16 and 2/24 no refund. I called again and he said I will get a check out never got one. I emailed him back/called him he said he just ***** it on 3/18 I should have it in a few days. Never got it. He said he personally bring it to me if i didn't get it. Now when I try to call he doesn't answer my calls.

    I hired Moving-Made-Smooth originally through ************* to load **** for us for a long distance interstate move. We had a staggered *** delivery. They loaded one *** and then told me that I should just contract with them directly for the loading of the other two **** the following week as "they had far better insurance for the move than *************". I also relied on them to tell me if I needed one 16 ft *** and one 8 ft *** or two 16 ft **** to complete the move. They told me "I just needed a 16ft and an 8ft *** to finish the move and "everything would Fiinal moving day they load the **** and as the day progresses it looks like it will not fit all our stuff. I kept asking if we needed to get a 16 ft to replace the 8 ft, and was told no, but I can see that they will not be able to fit everything. I ended up having to rent a ***** trailer to fit remaining goods, and we still had to leave good at the curb. Boxes labeled DO NOT STACK or THIS SIDE UP, were placed on the bottom of the stack and on their sides. Furniture was packed without proper pad placement and stacked in complete disarray. I have been trying to contact this organization now for over a week. They will not answer calls, they will not return voice mail messages, and will not respond to emails. I am not able to contact them or their insurance company and I now have a household of damaged furniture, broken items that were and marked fragile and do not stack that they packed at the bottom of the load. Ken *******, who runs this company specifically LIED to us about his guarantee of taking responsibility and having "great insurance" for any items that may get damaged in the move. We ended up with a load of damaged very expensive furniture that requires repair or replacement, and now being ghosted by Ken ******* as he will not respond and take responsibility for the damage or problems he has caused. I would like to be able to get the insurance coverage that I was guaranteed and get this resolved.
